Certainly not bad but not really good either. I mostly just dined here because I wanted the fried jalapeno appetizer – which was great. The portion was huge (see picture) and satisfied what I wanted them to be.
The rest of the food was okay. The chicken was pretty plain all the way around and, at least for the sandwhich, not great texturally. Fries were good.
Service was okay – a bit slow at times.

Usually order the hot chicken chunk appetizer and pick up thru the window, they take the call promptly and make sure my sauce is on the side and not tossed. I enjoy crunchy chicken and like to dip it! I love how kind they are on the phone and that they always have my order ready when I arrive. Delicious! Ive also gone in and gotten a table. The service was great and the food came out quickly! Atmosphere was comfortable and not too loud. Love this place ❤️ There is always plenty of parking and very cold beer!

Walking into champy’s it was like coming back home from living in the North. The atmosphere is always great here it’s a fun place they have a patio they have inside seating they have a bar with all types of drinks the food was great. Hannah did a great job. The lunch rush swamped the servers but Hannah made it look easy. She was very attentive and treated us like we were her only customer. Clean floors, clean bathroom, and a sense of urgency to keep everything clean. I will go back to Champy’s on Lee Highway every chance get.

Down in Chattanooga today and time to stop in at Champy’s for lunch. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendly hello and asked about seating. Then taken to a great spot where we could enjoy some of the outdoors while in covered area. Champy’s has great fried chicken. Champy’s has a unique decor and provides a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Great spot for weekends with small group of friends. Handicapped parking near main entrance with ramp for wheelchair accessibility. In Chattanooga for a friendly atmosphere, great food and service especially with small group of friend on weekends I recommend Champy’s.

Feel sorry for Champy’s. They lost their best waitress to college graduation. Allison Giles was the whole reason I went there. Food is good, but Allison made it worth the trip over. Can anyone else step up their service to match her?????

To start, Katie is literally the best!! Her enthusiasm and recommendations for food, fully considering my partner’s food allergy at every step, and taking the time to give us ideas to experience the best of Chattanooga as a whole was top tier!
Food and drink-wise? Definitely solid!
Everything we ate was fresh and tasty but the fried pickles are an experience on their own (let them cool off a bit because they’re certainly coming in hot with the freshness)! And the mixed drinks? Phenomenal! Definitely how I’d make my own.
You will not regret your time here if you’re into southern flair with seaside pub vibes mixed in!

My friend and I came in after our long shift and we had the best time. The servers were so upbeat and welcoming. Leah took care of us at the bar and she was super sweet; taking the time to get everything we needed, and was on top of everything. She even recommended this amazing drink we both loved. The food was also amazing! It was the perfect way to end a long day. Definitely coming back soon.
