Food was good. Visited this place and dined inside. Food was good. Service was nice. But eating inside the drinks were 3 dollar refills. One lemon provided and only 1 more upon request for the fried catfish. No drink until Food arrived. This is why the service is low. This is not how you get repeat customers.

So happy to have discovered this place! The food is fresh and made to order. I had the pasta with catfish and broccoli, gumbo, lobster tail and crab cake, which was my absolute favorite because it was made with real crab. So good! The owners are lovely and truly care about the customer experience and providing high quality food. Try them out! I’ll be returning soon try the crab legs!

The customer service is just as impressive. Everyone is so friendly, warm, and attentive, which makes dining here a real pleasure. The food is outstanding as well—my personal favorite is the creamy Cajun pasta with salmon, which is full of flavor and cooked to perfection.

The food and service here was great. The young lady at the register was super nice and friendly. She gave us a free slice of cake for our wait which wasn’t bad considering we didn’t call ahead.

OK, I’ll start with the ordering process. I did not order from inside the store. Instead I used a third party app, DoorDash. The ordering itself was straightforward, not a problem. I did so as I sat in the parking lot because I saw the crowd that was inside the door. DoorDash said it would take approximately 20 minutes. When my order was supposed to be ready, I went inside and it was not ready yet. I think I waited for about another 10-15 minutes. This is not a complaint, just to let you know that the times may be a little bit longer than advertised. But the food itself was outstanding, the customer service beyond reproach. I could not ask for a better experience!
Once I got home, I couldn’t wait to try my shrimp po boy. And let me tell you, it was well worth the wait. The shrimp was seasoned perfectly. The bread itself, I think they must have made it in the back or they subcontraced a Subway. It was sooooo good. Just every ingredient on there was fresh and well done. One of the better po boys I’ve had in a very long time. I also ordered the seafood pasta, but that will have to be eaten tomorrow. I am well beyond the point of eating anything additional – although I did also get the red velvet cheesecake. All this is to say, this place definitely deserves your business. Please go try them out and leave a review. ❤️

He picked up the order, so can’t speak to the ambiance or service, but the food was fresh and delicious when it got to the house. I got a 2 piece whiting with black eye peas and Mac and cheese. They gave me 2 cat fish instead of whiting- it’s easy to tell those kinds of fish apart so I’m not sure how that happened. For cat fish it was well seasoned and perfectly cooked.
IMO the sides are worth getting the meal instead of the basket. The black eye peas were phenomenal- tasted like somebody who knew how to cook seasoned them and had them cooking all day. The mac and cheese was also pretty good. They put garlic in it, which isn’t my favorite- but they were creamy and decently cheesy.
He got the whiting basket. It was whiting not cat fish. The fries are the packaged seasoned kind.
I’m so glad they’re back open! This is still a family favorite for us and we’ll be back.

Was in the area and decided to give this place a shot. So glad I did. The Grouper basket with shrimp as an add on and a crab cake I got to go.
It was delicious. Special shout on the tarter sauce and cocktail sauce both had that fresh and homemade sauce. Definitely not anything out of a packet or jar.

I visited This place for the first time on 4/4/2025.
It was Absolutely the best choice I had made all week!! First The Atmosphere was welcoming and Very Clean and well maintained on the Outside. The Inside was didn’t disappoint either especially the cleanliness of the restaurant and the Dessert Case was so well lit the desserts made your mouth water. The Gentleman who I Assume is the Owner was very nice with his first time customer suggestions. I had a to take my time to look over the menu and I wanted more than one thing but was on my way somewhere else and was just grabbing a quick lunch. I had the Fried Grouper Basket with was 2 Filets and Fries! Omg the Presentation of the Food was amazing and the Fish was Fried to Perfection and the Tartar Sauce was the best part it was homemade and well paired for bringing a simple meal to a higher standard. I was amazed by the quality of the food and the Prices were Great as well. I would definitely recommend Checking this Place Out You won’t be disappointed.

I’m so disappointed. The shrimp was real small and the batter fell off. Coleslaw old with no flavor. But a nice establishment and it’s black owned. Just put a little bit more love in your food. The fries was a little limp and no flavor. And this was $25 ♀️
