Went to Chammps for lunch and was very happy with our choice. We have been here a few times before and have always been pleasantly pleased. I got the Smashburger, which is two patties that comes with fried jalapeños on the top (see pic)
It was perfectly cooked as a Smashburger should be with crispy edges on the burger patties, the jalapeños, although somewhat spicy, were not a distraction as to how good the burger was. My son got the Chammps American cheeseburger. My daughter got the jalapeño popper burger, and my wife got the chicken mac and cheese. Everyone was pleased with her choices. We got the cheese curds appetizer. They were very cheesy although a bit too garlic for our taste.
The service was top-notch as usual, a lot of Cub fans, and Brewer fans starting to come in for the playoff game. Although we didn’t have any beers with our lunch, the beer selection on draft here is also top-notch. Rotating seasonal lines and new special offerings from different breweries, make this a go to place for someone looking for something a little different (and very fresh)on tap. There are multiple TVs all around the bar area that are visible from the restaurant seating area featuring many different sporting events that were going on throughout the day.
Will definitely be back.

Really cool atmosphere and music vibe. 70 R/R and some modern. Servers very attentive and pleasant Ordered salmon superfood salad and raspberry lemonade. Salad was super yummy with a great layout (see pic). Lemonade wasn’t too sweet and had great raspberry tartness with a lemon slice. I will be back very soon to explore other dishes. Great place for beer and food. While the food is very good, it’s really the beer that is the star here. Some of the best beers available, that you’re unlikely to find anywhere else in the Milwaukee area. Suggest looking at the beer menu right before you visit, as it changes frequently. Usually quite a busy place, so be prepared to be patient. Staff has always been fantastic when I’ve been there. Parking can seem busy as it’s part of a hotel complex, but there’s always space if you look. All in all, a wonderful place for beer, food and atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit.

We came in from NYC VISITED Milwaukee on a couples trip and stayed at the Embassy next door to Champps. We didnt expect the food to be SO DELICIOUS. WOW they did not disappoint. We visited Champps 3 times on our 6 day trip. The food was fresh, delicious and always made to order. A lot of different variety of foods to try. Our servers were ALL AMAZING. Champps Americana is a very big overall version of Cheers! This place has a warm and cozy feeling. We went on a Saturday afternoon. The service was fast and very pleasant. We had the Chicken Kung Pao which is a stir fry dish with sweet chicken, jasmine rice and Asian vegetables. We also had the chicken ranch wrap with fries. Everything was really tasty. Such a cool place with a huge menu. You gotta go!!!!!

Great food, amazing service, and awesome experience for a game. The bartenders were very attentive. Every seat was packed and they had what I wanted before I had to ask. The food was very good. Perfect temp on the burger. The jerk wings reminded me of the best jerk I had in Jamaica.

The overall atmosphere is fine, the only reason I gave three stars is because it gets loud which triggers my anxiety. I’ve been there a few times, I always get their garlic cheese curds. They are usually very tasty, but last time they tasted microwaved and old. I do highly recommend the chicken tenders and pot pie. The chicken tenders are extra crispy outside and juicy on the inside.
