I am beyond grateful that this restaurant is open late!
My flight was averted to Pittsburgh so there are many a stranded passenger here tonight And I didn’t get to the Doubletree until 930

Olicio is the hostess with the mostest! She greeted me with a smile and seated me quickly. She also checked in with me a couple times throughout dinner she keeps very busy cheerfully cleaning tables and checking in with the servers to see how they’re doing.

Joe the bartender makes a perfect martini!! Next time I come here I will order the Dirty Player. A Tito’s dirty martini with blue cheese olives!

My server was Jennifer (Jenny V) and she is super sweet and provides excellent service with a smile.

I love the collaborative effort as far as everybody pitching in to deliver food, clean tables etc.

It was late so I didn’t get to sample much on the menu I had soup at the moment which was chicken noodle and it was and hit the spot after a long day of travel. I also had the garlic Parmesan crispy wings and a fabulous glass of Sean Minor Cabernet.

As an added bonus I received a 25% off coupon via Yelp for checking in!!

Decent food for a hotel restaurant. Open later and very convenient as it is within the hotel.

Service is awful. The hostess working tonight was incredibly rude and gave me a half full glass of water that already had someone else’s lips on the glass. I won’t be going back.

Drinks were strong and great. Didn’t try any food but the cheesecake, which was good. As anticipated, high prices all around.
Pedro our waiter was awesome. Recommended us the perfect drink and provided friendly and efficient service.

Food was perfectly fine. Did take some time, but the manager did bring my food over and apologized for the time and put my wrap on the house. Nothing out of this world but perfect for walking downstairs and needing something to eat. Our problem was all with our bartender. His attitude from the get go was horrible and very flippant. Constantly huffing and mumbling. Complaining openly about having guests and other workers. It was honestly just very odd and sad. Nothing is worse than going out and feeling as if you’re an inconvenience. 🙁

Meh. Servers were excellent, but it was so crowded because of hosting a convention. If such a large convention is coming in, why close the kitchen? They would have made a killing on food if they had served later. *update – we ate
breakfast here the next morning. Service was fine and food options were good, but all the food in the warming dishes was cold – and the pancakes were hard.

The bartender on Saturday night was one person short and working to keep up. Apparently, this led to her being frustrated, which brought out some attitude. She was short with several customers wanting to order a drink. With so many great bars in Pittsburgh, skip this hotel bar if possible.

Awesome staff and inviting atmosphere! No need to leave the hotel for libations or a five star dinner. The Champions restaurant has the friendliest servers and the most wonderful manager, Renee. Not to miss!!

I thought the review of this place too low (2.5). It’s been some time since I ate here, but the food was pretty good. This is a restaurant in a Hilton brand hotel, obviously you are going to pay Hotel prices to eat here. The Whiskey selection was pretty good.

Very limited dinner menu with basic options. No “Happy Hour” or specials. Average prices, average portions. Nice staff, friendly environment. I was happy to have this as a convenient option, open late.
