Airy, spacious eatery located in the Eden Resort & Suites serving a Sunday brunch buffet & drinks.

I was very excited to take my family to the champagne brunch on February 15. I was less-than-thrilled that the gluten-free options were “breakfast potatoes.” In this day and age, where food allergies are prevalent, I would have expected a ton of gluten-free options – at the very least, desserts. Nothing. Nada. Zip. The chefs and meal planners need to do better! It’s 2026, folks. Even roadside diners have gluten-free options! Hoping someone sees this review and works toward a more inclusive experience.

For my birthday weekend getaway, my husband surprised me with an overnight stay at Eden Resort & Suites in Lancaster, PA, and we ended our stay with their Sunday Champagne Brunch—a tradition we’ve enjoyed many times before Covid. This was our first visit post-Covid, and I’m happy to say it was just as impressive as we remembered!
The food selection was outstanding, with a variety of options that catered to every craving. From the carving station, pasta station, and omelet station to the steak station, freshly made pancakes, mini Belgian waffles, salads, fruits, pastries, desserts, and even gelato—there was something for everyone. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was fresh and well-prepared.
The ambiance is another highlight, with the soothing sounds of a live piano player and the tranquil waterfall decor creating an elegant yet relaxed dining experience. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
One small change we noticed post-Covid is that each adult now receives one complimentary champagne drink (previously, it was two, with options like the mimosa, champagne, or Eden Resort Sunrise—a delightful mix of champagne and cranberry juice). However, there is a menu available for additional drinks from the bar if desired.
Overall, the Sunday Champagne Brunch at Eden Resort & Suites continues to be a fantastic experience, and we love returning for special occasions. If you’re looking for an upscale brunch with an incredible selection, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere, this is the place to go! I’d suggest you make a RESERVATION before going.
P.S. If you are there celebrating a birthday, please be sure to let them know at the time of making your reservation. They will have a little surprise for you.
P.S.S. OMG, The FRIED CHEESECAKE was AMAZING!

This was a different experience from our first visit 2 months ago. The food was lackluster.. the carving station person was cutting the prime rib in weird chunks, the steak person needs another station. He does not know how to properly cook steak. I asked for medium and got overly well done. Steak was extremely dry and tasteless. The fingerling potatoes were dry with no hint of salt or seasoning. This Brunch was not worth
money we spent today. Really disappointed. Party of 4 and no one enjoyed their meals.

Checking out as an option for next Christmas. The room was chilly. Food in chaffing dishes was cold and dry. Not appetizing. Roast beef and ham at carving station was overcooked. Wait staff was very pleasant and attentive. Gentleman at carving station was grumpy. Live music was relaxing. Overall, would not return. Hershey Circular was much better.

Enjoyed the Sunday Brunch. Everything was perfect. We have enjoyed many Sunday brunches from Birthdays to Cousins dinners with larger groups of people. Although this time was just my wife and me we were treated with respect and kindness of our larger groups. Everyone we came in contact with could not have been more helpful. The food offerings are plentiful and delicious. Someone always making sure the food stations are full and there to answer any questions you may have. If by chance you go away hungry it would be your own fault. We could not have been any more pleased with our experience. Plus all we had to do was waddle back up to our room. One of if not the best hotel in Pa. The Eden Resort Inn. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. This place is still elegant in terms of physical appearance and I still love the live piano player, but the food and the service are a fraction the quality from before COVID. The staff as a whole seem untrained as they struggled with all aspects of our meal. Sticking to the highlights they sat us 20 minutes late with more than half the dining room empty from our reserved time, did not know where our physical table was which required manager help, could not find tea for our bottomless tea/coffee and when they did it was cheap Lipton, they forgot to refill our waters, and when paying the handheld card terminal’s battery died mid transaction. In terms of food the selection is half what they had before COVID and everything is noticeably cheaper. Gone is the 3rd meat option from the carving station and instead all meats are much more salty/watery/lacking flavor, gone is the veal and other premium offerings at the entree station, and even simple brunch items like pancakes and french toast are missing. Premade items especially bread have dramatically increased though especially at the entree and desert tables. All in all this now feels like a “fancy” brunch that’s actually missing everything that made it fancy to begin with. Couple that with a premium price for not a single premium offering and it unfortunately makes this an easy pass.
Original Review from 2019:
This is one of the best brunches I’ve ever been to. There were tons of options when I was there such as a build your own pasta bowl, carving station (lamb, ham, roast beef), breakfast (eggs, baked goods, bacon, sausage, cinnamon buns, pancakes, French toast), a huge dessert bar, Veal, and more. The live piano music was also a nice touch and the decor is amazing. This place is however super super busy – be careful navigating between stations and I highly recommend you get a reservation before showing up.

Bunch was exceptionally good! They offered all types of breakfast items such as French toast, Belgium waffles, all kinds of donuts and pastries, fruit, breads, make your own omelets with a chef, warm syrup, whipped butter, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, etc. There was a table with salads, cheeses, mixed salads such as tuna, chicken tortellini, etc. There was crackers, olives, and a pasta table that a chef would make your pasta for you. You were able to add all different vegetables and meats to the pasta. There was a carving table with prime rib and ham, another table with stuffed chicken, salmon, other fish dishes, rice, potatoes, vegetables and bread and rolls. Another table with all kinds of coffees and juices, a table of all different desserts including chocolate dipped graham crackers, cookies, and marshmallows and about 8 different cakes and pies that you could cut your own size. I have only listed a fraction of what was offered on the many tables. They had mimosas, champagne and cranberry juice, other juices, and flavored coffees that was included in the price. The price was $36.95. Everything was delicious, the staff was very attentive, the ambiance was upscale and was worth every penny of what we paid. Would definitely go again!

The Sunday champagne brunch was nice. The food was very good and there was plenty of it. The variety from breakfast to lunch was amazing. I enjoyed it thoroughly. However, it is something that should be left to just a special occasion. Because there’s no way one person can consume $40 dollars worth of food. Which is about how much it costs.

First time having brunch at Eden and had a great time. Food – so many choices. Atmosphere – beautiful dining area and everyone smiling and friendly. Service – outperformed the food and atmosphere. We had Courtney as our waitress and she was amazing. I was there to celebrate my birthday and she made my day special! I will definitely be back for brunch!
