Generous meat portions but limp, wet lettuce (pic) kind of ruined it. Something made a part of the bread soaking wet too. I took the meat off and made sandwiches of my own. Pro tip: use fresh or when the lettuce starts looking sad put other veggies on top of it so it isn’t so obvious. More attention to the details please & this could be a good place.

10000% best BLT around. That was the best sandwich I’ve had in along time. Very worth the price. Lots of bacon and so deliciously crispy. On top of that they have Sicilian pizza!!! I’ll definitely be back. Everything was so worth it! Thank you very much! Great first experience!

I’d been jonsing for a great Italian deli ever since I moved to the shoreline area a few years back – so when I found Chambos I was thrilled! The food is amazing and everything is home made. It feels like your Sicilian friends invited you over for dinner. And the tortellini soup is beyond good and bordering into the sublime.

This place is a frustrating because they have really good food, however I don’t understand the pricing. I get the simplicity of having all grinders the same price, but when you order a chicken cutlet parm grinder, why is it the same price as a grinder that has far more ingredients on it? Also, why are the specialty grinders the same price as the regular ones? You have to pay for add ons for the regular grinders, but you can basically get the add ons for free with the specialty grinder. The 6in for $9+ isn’t very filling. I would recommend going for the 10in, but if you add chips and a soda you’re looking at a 20 dollar lunch.
