Smorgasbord got me. The chicken and noodles will get me to return. The hardest part was finding which door to use to enter the building! It is a decent-sized place with a good buffet and reasonable prices. They can handle a crowd. The staff is on top of things. A fried canned biscuit was a new experience. You can eat them with just about anything, including apple butter. The fried chicken was good. The facility is clean, and the restrooms are updated. No complaints from me except that it’s a ways from home.

We visited here for a family lunch on our trip to Worthington,IN. You opened the door, the smell of fresh, hot food hits you immediately! The place was quaint,peaceful, and quiet. The buffet was the bomb! I tried a little bit of everything. The fried cod fish on point! The mash potatoes was excellent! The roast beef taste exactly how my mom made it. Rolls were hot and fresh, and made right in the kitchen from scratch. The apple butter was homemade and was the absolute best I’ve ever had. My kids loved the ice cream! The machine worked,lol! The fudge coconut bars is a excellent desert choice. And my wife enjoyed the peanut butter no bake bars! The salad bars was neat and tidy and fresh! Bathrooms was a big plus! It was clean and tidy! It had that old timey smell of a Victorian home that was well kept! The price was better than when you went to a Ponderosa or Ryan’s. The service was excellent and on point, always tending to your needs. Always talked with the locals and very,very welcoming. My mother would have loved this place. This place made this day special since it was the day me and my family spread her ashes. I highly recommend this place!

Fried chicken was alright, definitely not the best I’ve had or close. Sweet tea was not sweet and the most I’m mad about is their recent price change. My girlfriend and I went here for lunch and we payed $45. You could eat Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, o’Charley’s, etc, for that money and all of those places have better food than Chambers. Definitely won’t come back until price is way lowered.

My boyfriend and I went to McCormick’s Creek yesterday and were looking for a place to eat and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Nice quiet place, nice atmosphere and friendly service. The food was really good and hot. The chicken and fish was delicious and the banana pudding dessert was amazing. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in town next.

I stopped in at Chambers for lunch before visiting McCormick’s Creek State Park after hearing good things about it. They may have a menu, I am not sure, but I had heard of the buffet, so I got that. The food was delicious! They had some of the best fried chicken I have had in a long time. The desserts were very tasty too.

A big,graciously thank you to the service staff, but the food was otherwise even mediocre…definitely not $17.50 per plate quality…I didn’t bother with a 2nd or 3rd.

Like others have said, it’s not a huge buffet, but every choice they have is delicious! There is a great salad bar. There are three to four dessert choices as well as a soft serve machine with bowls and cones. This is my new favorite place to go for a date with my hubby. You will not be disappointed if you like southern comfort food.
