Came for the first time yesterday and it was delicious! they just opened a few days ago so we always come to a new business knowing there is prone to errors and mistakes as they are still learning to adjust to everything as it’s a new business but service was phenomenal and all the food came out hot and fresh! The place is so beautifully decorated and clean. So happy to finally have something like this.
We ordered more stuff but I forgot to take a picture till after we ate it.

I came here yesterday to celebrate Lunar New Year. I’m Black American who just likes to explore other cultures & cuisines. The 1st red flag should have been I was the only black person there but I’m used to that so I continued on. I first ordered Shrimp & Chive dumplings & Chicken Boa Buns. They were good but took awhile to come out (there were people who came after me that had been served & I had ordered before them). My waiter asked me multiple times if I wanted to order anything else, (I didn’t think anything of it at first but now I’m thinking she was trying to rush me out of there). I ended up ordering beef pho, & I add my veggies & mix everything in. As I do that, a black hair floats to the top (pic below)…. I let them know, they apologized & hurriedly fix the order. I should have just left & went on my way, but I know THINGS happen. So they bring me out another bowl of pho, now this had an ample amount of noodles (even more than before) I didn’t see any issue from review & enjoyed, I even took the rest to go since it was such a big portion. I’m eating the rest for lunch today & guess what I find. A SMALL HAIR IN THE BROTH. I WISH I WOULD HAVE TAKEN A PHOTO OF THIS. I think they may have been intentional in this bc if I hadn’t been looking I wouldn’t have noticed. DO NOT DINE AT THIS RESTAURANT.

My fav platter of the season so far. Deadass one of the best garlic butters I’ve had paired with crawfish too. Their crawfish was very flavorful. Decent sizes not too small. Will definitely come back and appreciate their addition to the coast.

This was my first and last time dining here.

When my friend, my daughter, and I (all African American) walked in, we stood at the front for 10–12 minutes waiting to be seated. Several staff members walked past us multiple times saying, “We’ll be right there,” but no one actually seated us. Meanwhile, customers of other races — particularly Caucasian guests — walked in after us and were greeted immediately and seated quickly. The difference in treatment was obvious and uncomfortable.

Once we were finally seated, the service didn’t improve. Other tables were attended to promptly while we waited. When we were ready for our check, our waitress repeatedly walked past our table without acknowledging us. No drink refills were offered, no check-ins, nothing. We felt completely overlooked.

The food was just as disappointing. I’d rate it a 4/10 at best. The only thing that was decent were the potatoes. The crawfish was spicy but had no flavor — just straight oil. The shrimp were very plain with absolutely no seasoning. The “garlic butter” was not balanced at all — it was just an overpowering burst of straight garlic and oil.

Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and discriminatory. Whether intentional or not, the treatment was noticeably different. I will not be returning.

I’ve eaten to go twice already. I had pho, shumei and drunken wontons all delicious. My son had Pho soup dumplings and boba tea.
