Never disappoints. With beef prices on the rise, $60!for ayce featuring all premium cuts is still a relatively bargain. New items have been added to the already extensive salad bar, and items also alternate to keep variety fresh. Once you start on your proteins it is a flurry of people coming by with the delicious smell of Brazilian meat fresh off the grill. Every cut is the perfect amount of marbling and seasoning, sliced fresh and hot at the table. The garlic beef is to die for. The entire staff is outstanding , with even the manager coming by personally to ask which cuts you prefer. Their drink selection is also impressive , as well as coffee and dessert after all the meat . A necessity if you don’t want to go into a food coma . Restaurant is spotless whether you are for lunch or dinner , and plates are always changed out for you. One of the must go to places whenever we have friends or family in town, and everyone has always been impressed. Gracias Chamas.

First time. Came for a birthday. The waiters were amazing. Probably some of the most attentive servers I have ever had. Probably top 3. We have many food requests in the family and they handled them all no issues. I got a sunset tequila. Decided to share with my older sister because she didn’t want a full one. Manager sees me trying to pour some for her, comes over and says “let me handle that for you” and comes back in a flash with a second topped off glass for her. And my glass slightly empty. The glass for my drink was deceivingly large. Even got her a second orange slice, a fancy piece of ice, and was super fast. Tried every single cut on the menu, as well as everything at the salad bar, and every single slide including the amazing bread and fried banana. The bottom sirloin, picania, and the ribeye were all exceptionally tasty. However, the filet minon was honestly quite bad. It was overcooked, and a bit rubbery while being underseasoned. It was very disappointing. However, with the other cuts being as good as they were i can’t complain much. The wings, new York strip and shrimp were either okay or a little too seasoned. The creme brule was phenomenal. The figs were surprisingly good. Ended up eating a plate of them. They had a cheesy fruit salad that was also quite enjoyable. All in all, it was a good experience. Probably will go back in a year or so because it’s a little too heavy for consistent dining.

This is my first time celebrating my birthday with my family and friends at Chama Gaucha. The service and food are excellent, and I would love to come back here soon. I don’t usually eat salad that isn’t made by me, but the salad bar at Chama Gaucha hit the right notes — loooooove it.

It’s one of my favorite spots. I’m comfortable enough to place my drink order and go straight to the salad/sides bar, flip my card to the green/go side and the selection of prime meats flow.

I’ve been coming here regularly for YEARS and haven’t had a negative experience until the day that really mattered – Valentine’s Day. The service was so terrible I nearly walked out. No one checked on me for 20+ minutes even who my card was flipped on green. When they started coming around with the meat. It was the same cuts over and over. Bottom sirloin, picanha, Ny strip ON REPEAT. The manager finally comes around and was kind. I’m really disappointed in my experience here this time. I’ve came here on almost every occasion. On new years it was immaculate but this time I’m not so sure I wanna come back.

Ms. Rosalba, our server, is the sweetest. She is very accommodating and all the servers kept coming by asking if we’re okay, if we needed anything and which foods we wanted to try. I had my seat pushed in for me twice before sitting down and she laid the napkin on my lap. Every employee is wonderful and Rosalba gave us a Moscato wine sample and a free dessert for my mother’s birthday! Try the cremé brûlée! One of the best restaurants ever.
