The Chicken Dum Biryani and Mutton Haleem were served piping hot and tasted amazing. I’m really happy with the food quality and the way the staff managed such a large crowd with patience and a genuine smile. Truly impressive service!
They stock lots of Indian groceries, meat and snacks. You can order almost any Indian meals to go or dine in. It was new year and so several promotions were going on. Interested to see this note of their meat freezers. It does say much about the quality of food and groceries they serve. A must place for someone who wants to grab Indian groceries, grab a tea or snack. Order lunch or dinner, prepare to make a meal ; you have everything in one place.
I tried their Pani Puri, Chaat, and Masala Chai, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. The pani was tangy and flavorful, and the puris were crisp — just the way they should be. The chat had that perfect balance of spice and crunch, topped with generous chutneys and curd.
And For Thali, Please Add Curd/Raitha for sure and beverage if possible. I guess all other restaurents give them.
The billing was done and I immediately asked to refund the frozen vegetable. The cashier said his on call manager said no returns on frozen stuff. I requested to return within seconds of buying. Still the on call manager Pratyusha did not agree to refund. I was asked to pick up some other item of equal or higher value.
I do not appreciate this service as we live so close by and feel these stores are our go to stores for our needs.
I request the store owner/manager to look into this issue and continue good customer service. My order no was 165280.
Pratyusha called me the same evening and offered a return or exchange. Thank you for the quick response.
Top Highlights and must try items: Karampodi Baby corn, Jalapeno Paneer, Veg kheema Pulav, Apricot Delight, Gulab Jamun, Bobbatlu and chapatis.
Would recommend this place for bigger events as well as in restaurant. Liked the most!
There’s also a lovely outdoor seating area where we enjoyed a pleasant evening with friends, savoring great food and the beautiful weather. They serve fresh chapatis and freshly made Jilebi as well. Grocery deals are fantastic, and the unlimited breakfast for just $11.99 is a bargain not to miss. We ended up having all three meals at Chalo India each day of our stay and can’t wait to visit again!
