Our reservation was at noon and happy to say we we were seated immediately upon our arrival. Food was delicious and drinks were perfect. My only hesitation is that if took longer than normal to get drinks after ordering them. Other than that, everything was perfect. Staff was friendly, place was clean. This is not a party atmosphere which was fine by us. Music was great and not too loud.

Upon entering Chalet, we were greeted by a friendly hostess, which immediately set a welcoming tone. The restaurant’s walls were decorated with paintings of celebrities, including an old-school photo of the late, great Michael Jackson from his youth, this was a nice touch.
Overall, the restaurant was moderately clean; however, attention to detail appeared to be lacking. This was most noticeable in the bathroom and certain areas throughout the dining space, where cleanliness could have been improved.
Our server was pleasant and helpful. When asked for her favorite dish, she recommended the shrimp and grits. We took her suggestion, and of all the dishes we ordered, it was easily the most tasty. The shrimp and grits were flavorful and delicious. I rated the dish four stars only because it was spicier than similar versions I’ve had elsewhere, including in New Orleans. Despite this, I would still highly recommend it.
In addition to the shrimp and grits, I tried the chicken and waffles, cheesy eggs, loaded fries, and caramel cheesecake. The chicken was light and crunchy, which I enjoyed, though the seasoning was subtle and could have been a lot more pronounced. The cheesy eggs were quite good, perfectly fluffy with a nice balance of cheese and seasoning. The loaded fries were topped with cheese sauce, bacon, chives, and sour cream. They above basic.
The cheesecake had good flavor but was much denser than I prefer. However, another person at the table enjoyed it, so this may come down to personal preference.
Lastly, Chalet is clearly an adult-oriented environment. The tight space and close proximity to other patrons can expose guests to the aroma of cannabis (which I did smell) and adult conversations. Additionally, the female servers wear provocative attire, including catsuits and low-cut tops. This atmosphere may appeal to some diners but could be uncomfortable for others, depending on personal preferences. Overall, if you want good shrimp and grits and this aligns with your vibe, try Chalet! Oh,
One last thing, we scanned a QR code for checkout, that was nice. Our bill for 3 people was $180 the gratuity was $27, and there was an additional server fee, plus $16 for tax. The $180 total did not include the additional tips we gave our server and busser.

Scotti is thee best bartender/server! Server/Bartender Scotti is the GOAT! My friend’s truffle fries were missing truffle and parm but Miss Scotti got ‘em together in the kitchen. Fun positive energy and a poppin playlist make this happy hour venue a true delight!
My friend and I enjoyed 4 cocktails, chicken wings with fries, and fried chicken tacos. Then green tea shots with the birthday girls (someone and I). The porn star cocktail was thee best! The caramel apple french 75 was good too, and the peaches & cream cocktail was also yummy. My friend needed caffeine so she started with an espresso martini which she says was also good. I attended to go to the restaurant located next door from here. I was told that it would be almost a 2hr there. I came here unexpectedly and was told that I would have to wait 30-45min. I was in by 30. Day after valentines around noon and both places were packed with people waiting outside. We were seated at the (my daughter and I) and the vibe just kicked in. Drinks were decent and food was good but the music!!!! The music was hitting!!! Old school new school mix going on. Most definitely will be going back, hoping everything (except the wait) will be the same

Visited from DC with reservations for 11:30. Arrived at 11 and was seated immediately. Everything was great! Food, hospitality (manager checked on us twice) Jazmine our hottest was Amazing. We ordered the board for the 1-2 and it did not disappoint. The warm donuts with chocolate and caramel sipping sauce excellent. Nice music ( R & B vibes) Would highly recommend.

Its my birthday and I traveled from the far Southside. I’m also a foodie and was very interested in the restaurant. Seen it on my ig page. My waffles could have been hotter. The chicken couldve been fried a little harder. The waiter came to us one time the whole brunch. Our drinks came after the food. She paid more attention to the tables with more guest than us. My friend grits were a little cold as well. She also shared a birthday the same day. We wish the seats had backs or at least somehwre to hang our coats. The waiter never came to ask if we wanted anything else. Let alone a dessert for my celebration.

First time having brunch at Chalet. I had a reservation and we were seated right away, which was nice. The restaurant had a nice vibe with music playing, but it wasn’t too loud, which made for a chill atmosphere.
I ordered the charcuterie brunch board, and the food came out hot and pretty quickly. The boneless wings were well seasoned and flavorful, but the regular wings were completely bland and flavorless. The eggs were cooked well but definitely needed salt and pepper. The potatoes were a little hard and didn’t seem freshly prepared. The pancakes and waffles were just okay, nothing standout but fine. The portion was big enough for two people, and we even had leftovers to take home.
Our server was great, super friendly and attentive the whole time. Overall, the service and vibe were great, but considering we didn’t order any alcohol, the bill felt high and the food just didn’t match the cost.

She was the best from us getting seated to us get our check! I’m so glad I choose this restaurant to celebrate! They did it up for me! CHALET CLEANED THE PLATE AND LEFT NO CRUMBS! THEY OWE ME NOTHING!!
