Great food. Friendly service. No dine in available. Only drive thru or walk up window. There is seating outside which is nice when the weather is comfortable. Expect to pay about $20 per person. You get large proportions. Enough to feed you two or three times unless you have a hefty appetite. Food always taste fresh. My favorite is the unwrapped steak and chicken.

The food is fantastic! I have become an “Unwrapped” addict, I think the food tastes better when you can see it. But I’d be happy with either style. Very good choice for lunch.

By far my favorite place to eat. I’ve been in the area for about 18 months and only just discovered this gem about 6 months ago. The portions are huge. You can easily feed 2 on an unwrap or have leftovers. I love my chicken unwrap leftover. They have gigantic tortillas and I always order one on the side. I’ve had the wrap and unwrap. I prefer the unwrap because I like the salad presentation a bit better. The owners are so kind, humble, and generous. They donate meals to the catholic school in town. The customer service is comparable only to the coffee shop on main street. The jasmine rice in their recipes gives their dishes an extra amazing flavor! I can’t say enough nice things about this amazing establishment Parsons is so blessed to have!!!

Was in Parsons for the day. Was told this was a good place to eat. Fairly limited menu, three types of burritos or quesadillas with several different flavors of tortillas. I had the steak burrito with spinach wrap, my wife and daughter had chicken burritos one regular one spinach wrap. So glad we ate there. Large portions and very good. Wife said given the choice between this and Chipotle, “Ten times Big Sky!” Price is a little high, but you could easily get two meals out of one burrito. The only problem is, it is so good, you won’t want to save it.

Update: I left this review when it was Big Sky Bistro, I have no idea what it is now. BUT, I’m going to leave the 5 star in hopes to try it soon and keep the review!

Been coming to this place for awhile. It seems the name has changed and so did the prices bout 5 to 6$ up charge gotta pay for the remodel I guess. The guy that took my order came off as rude not the normal guy that use to take it. Needless to say will not be going back
