We stopped by and got the barbeque option, which is all you can eat. Tasty cuts of meat you can cook on the grill at your table. The ribeye was a little tough, maybe I didn’t cook it well, but all other beef cuts were tender and delicious. The waiters bring out the meat you order. Perhaps we didn’t order enough at a time; sometimes it was hard to get the attention of a waiter. But our server was very nice. He even brought a special sauce that was his own recipe from the sauce bar. A good experience!

This Korean BBQ and hot pot was amazing. The quality here is something I would expect to see from a much bigger city. You cook your own meat with this style of Korean BBQ very similar to Japanese yakiniku. The meat was fantastic and we really enjoyed the sides. Our server Devin did such a great job and the price was very reasonable. They also offer a military discount.

This was a fun experience and something we have never done before. The staff was very kind. I think it just wasn’t what I had expected. The grill was at one end of the table so I didn’t get to cook anything and had to rely on others. I thought there might be more food on the buffet to supplement the meat. My fault for not understanding what I was getting. I would not go back, too expensive and just not my thing. There were lots of people there having a great time though.

Chako Korean BBQ completely blew us away from start to finish. The food was phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with an amazing variety that kept us wanting to try everything. Every bite was a 10/10.
But what truly made the night unforgettable was the service. Miles and Rae are hands-down some of the best servers we’ve ever had. Attentive without hovering, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone has an amazing time. They anticipated everything we needed before we even asked and made the entire experience feel special and fun.
The whole staff was welcoming, professional, and on point, creating such a great vibe throughout the restaurant. You can tell this team truly cares about what they do.

The food is awesome, service is always courteous and prompt, and prices are reasonable for what is offered. Definitely a place I’ve gone to multiple times for those reasons. They just recently added AYCE sushi and also have some veggie options if that’s your thing. The salad and sauce bar are nice too and it includes some dessert items as well. It’s a place to definitely check out if you’re in the mood for good Korean BBQ!

Fantastic experience at Chako’s with our friends today! It’s very clean, friendly staff and great food. We chose the Korean BBQ option (beef, chicken, pork, seafood, veggies) and it included lots of sauces, pickled items, fruit, and fried appetizers. From what we understood, everyone at the table had to pick either the broth option or Korean BBQ, but could have done both at a higher price. I would say this is a fun lunch or dinner experience and a bit on the louder side if you are sensitive to noise. We had a question and management resolved it in a super professional manner! Overall A+ experience with a fair price and we will definitely be back!

I got the hot pot tonkotsu flavor. large selection of yummy stuff. I really liked the mung bean sprouts and the bamboo and the rice cakes and quail eggs. Many veggie options i got to feel like the horse my soul insists i truly am. our waiter Justin was very wonderful and kind, very helpful and recommendations were on point. I also really liked the milk tea. i just wish they would send out more rice cakes in one go

Great dining experience for people with Celiac Disease, servers were very attentive. All gluten free items are marked accurately on the menu (and there is a large variety.) They can provide an allergen list for the sauce bar at request 🙂

Went there for lunch with my sister. Our waitress wasn’t informative at all. And I told them I’m allergic to selfish, like the menu says to, and she put mine together with my sisters shrimp. Like I don’t wanna die js. Maybe it was just a bad experience but the Japanese miso is flavorless and the lamb taste like feet. I won’t be returning.
