Went on a weekend afternoon. Place was mostly quiet. Got chai which was okay-ish, did not get a chance to try more things as we had to leave urgently. Will go back again to try more things on the menu!

Try their Karak chai — the best I’ve had! Definitely a 5/5.
The food was just okay. The pani puri liquid was very cold, almost like it came straight from the fridge, and the roll I tried was not bad but nothing special.
I would definitely visit again just for their Karak chai.

I had a wonderful experience at Chai Social! The dahi puri was delicious, and all the food tasted so fresh and well-prepared. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The ambiance is lovely, with the option of both indoor and outdoor seating – perfect for any mood. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and a warm atmosphere!

Went with friends. Quantity of chaat was the worst i have ever had. I was hungry and papdi chaat had maximum 10 chanas and so much papdi. The bowl is so shallow. Upon complaining and asking for some more chanas they drowned it in yogurt and said cannot give more Chanas. It was literally inedible. The lentil bun kabab was also terrible. No flavour only tasted like raw chanas and very very dry. Chicken tikka roll was also very mid. No sauce at all. Fries had barely any quantity. Got the dalgona coffee and it was FILLED with just ice.

Had a nice experience visiting Chai Social when all other places were closed — this was the only open spot in the Milton area for a late-night tea craving! Tried their Irani Dum Tea, Kashmiri Tea, and Rabri Milk Cake. The teas were quite good, and the milk cake was okay — I’ve had better elsewhere, but it wasn’t bad.
The service stood out, especially from Mahima, who greeted us warmly, served everything with a smile, and invited us to visit again. Lovely gesture!
They also have a cosy setup with board games like chess and snakes & ladders, perfect for spending quality tea time with friends or family. Their menu includes bun kababs, vada pav, fries, noodles, and desserts — so there’s something for everyone.
They also have a good outdoor area, which is perfect for summers.

This place always disappoints in terms of food. Only reason we end up going there is because of lack of options in Milton. Their pani puri doesn’t taste like any lahori or Pakistani gol gappay. It had a weird taste to it. They don’t put any imli sauce or anything in it. It’s given completely dry. The texture of gol gappay feels weird and plastic like. It has an indian food kind of smell and taste to it.
Their papdi chaat is literally just chana and aloo. There’s no dahi bara in it. The only decent thing I’ve had there is fries. I don’t get why they would charge $1 extra to sprinkle masala on fries. Anyway this place needs to up their game on everything.

I ordered chaat papri and asked to put less yogurt and more tamirand and potatos. They didn’t the opposite. Hardly any potatos papri kinda stale. And a lot of yogurt and less tamarind. Also naught enough mayo on fries for the garlic mayo. They make you pay extra. So they just put a lil on top of the fries. I wouldn’t go back. Always
