Chai Pani is a Hindi slang that echoes in every street of India. Every corner of India has its own uniqueness when it comes to street food. At Chai Pani, we have tried to bring a good amalgamation of these uniqueness on the platter. From Mumbai’s Vada Pav to the Chaat Gully of Delhi, everyone will find something to be nostalgic about. Founded by three musketeers, Chai Pani’s foundation is laid on presenting fresh and quality ingredients. In fact, it is the incessant love for Tapri (Street) Chai and food that binds these musketeers together. Chai Pani ensures to build every cuisine from scratch and stick to the authentic and mesmerizing flavors of the motherland.

Extremely Disappointed!
Ordered bhel and vada pav through Skip — both were a total letdown. The bhel had no taste at all, completely dry and missing tamarind sauce. The vada pav bread was stale and falling apart, clearly not fresh. I even requested extra chili and spice, but that was completely ignored. Honestly, I don’t understand what the hype is about — this was far from authentic or enjoyable. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

The chana chaat, aloo tikki chaat, and falooda were also enjoyable. That said, the portions are quite small for the price, which does take away from the overall value. Hence 4 stars…. The only true letdown was the nimbu paani, tasting more like golgappa water—definitely a no. On the brighter side, the staff were excellent—warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful with suggestions, which made the experience very pleasant. The food was excellent — full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was friendly from start to finish. The decor and atmosphere were quite nice. It’s a pleasant place to dine in.
However, the washroom was really dirty, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. It definitely took away from the overall experience.

We had an amazing experience at Chai Pani Restaurant! Khushi was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, polite, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Her service truly made the meal even more enjoyable.
We ordered the Pav Bhaji and Cholle Bhature, and both dishes were incredibly tasty — full of flavor, fresh, and served hot.

Absolutely love Chai Pani! The tea is rich and aromatic, and the vada pav is hands-down one of the best I’ve had outside of India. Everything on the menu feels carefully crafted and seriously scrumptious.
But what really made my visit special was the service—especially from Khushi. She was warm, attentive, and had such a welcoming energy. She remembered my order preferences and even gave a great recommendation that didn’t disappoint. It’s clear she takes real pride in making guests feel at home.

I came back here after an year, my experience has visibly improved. I loved the customer service they offered today. Even before I entered the restaurant, Khushi (who was travelling in the same bus as me) opened the door for me as she saw i was gonna go in the restaurant. She was so sweet. She took my order, my sure i was fine and the food was good. Even just asking if needed cold or normal water sometimes make your experience great. I loved their exceptional service this time. Glad I walked in today.

Food was amazing, tried vadapav, dabeli and aloo toast. Vadapav taste like home made and delicious. Cutting chai and special cookies were best. Ajwan cookie must try. Place was net clean and tidy. Must go place for evening snacks and tea. Interior is also beautiful.
