Green Cup Café / Chai Culture is one of our new favorite spots. Tried a bunch of drinks, cookies, and cakes here, and everything has been consistently delicious. The drinks taste great and unique, and the desserts are the kind you actually want to finish. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I was excited to try this individually owned café in the area and really wanted to support a local business. The vibe was okay — they’ve put effort into making the space cute — but it didn’t fully come together for me.
We ordered chai, samosas, and a vegetable panini. The chai was fine but tasted like a standard chai latte you’d get at a big chain. The samosas seemed similar to the frozen ones you find at Indian grocery stores, and they were undercooked and pale instead of crisp and golden. They also didn’t come with any chutney or ketchup, which made them feel even more basic for the price.
The panini was the biggest disappointment. It was made with slices of store‑bought sourdough and filled with canned ingredients like artichokes, olives, and sun‑dried tomatoes. Because of the brine, it tasted very salty and didn’t feel fresh or thoughtfully prepared. Paying around $12 for something assembled mostly from canned goods didn’t feel worth it.
We paid about $27 for the food, and unfortunately the quality and value just weren’t there.
I hope they improve over time because the concept is nice and the area could use more local cafés, but based on this visit, the food didn’t meet expectations.”

This is the best place to get chai, and their food and desserts are wonderful as well. The folks who work here are also always so nice.
A great spot for coming with friends or getting some work done! (They also have a BTS display shelf that I recently noticed and am fond of.) All around my favorite spot to get a nice cup of chai and vibe.

The atmosphere was calming and peaceful. Music was kept at a nice and soft level, which helped me focus on my work. The decoration and furniture were lovely. The staff were all friendly and helpful when I asked questions. The food and drinks were excellent. Will be returning. I got their matcha and I loved it. My sister got an iced brown sugar lavender something (I am sorry I do not remember the name), but she really enjoyed it. I also got a butter chicken sandwich that I liked! Their cookies were also so very delicious!! Pistachio chocolate chip and strawberry white chocolate were flavorful and yummy.

I had such a wonderful experience at Chai Culture Cafe today! I accidentally had a total ‘brain fog’ moment and ordered (4) lattes when I actually meant to get (4) matchas.
Even though the mistake was completely on me, the barista was incredibly kind and understanding. She fixed the order for me without hesitation, and I am so appreciative of her patience and top-notch service. It’s rare to find a spot that handles customer hiccups with such grace.
The atmosphere is great, the matchas were perfect, and the service is even better. I’ll definitely be back!

The cool places that you see on Instagram that make you want to go there. So the next day after work I went here for a snack and a beverage. After I ordered, i mentioned where I learned of this place. In his response, he said you might have found your place. I really enjoyed everything about it. LOVE LOVE this shop! The atmosphere is amazing with a lot of white and open concept. A lot of seating. The coffee is very good. I got a rosemary brown sugar which is one of their house made syrups. The white mocha is good and the biscoff butter latte is great too! Very accommodating and the owner is so kind and informative. I really love how the iced cups are reusable too. A MUST.

A nice chai and fusion menu cafe in the Auburn Hills/Rochester Hills area. How did I not know about this sooner?! Everything I tried is yummy! From the Sun-dried Tomato Zaatar ( ) scone, Ube soft serve, Oatmilk Masala Chai & one of the prettiest lattes I’ve tried…Cardamom & Rose. Look at those layers Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere, definitely will be back.
