Chai Biscuit Cafe is a nice place to relax, unwind and enjoy a great pot of chai, boba, coffee with biscuits, delectable cakes, samosas, chicken puffs, fries and many other nice drinks!
We ordered the pot of Adeni chai and beef samosas. The chai came out piping hot and was made fresh. It was perfectly made with cardamom and the cups were a perfect size to just sit and enjoy.
The samosas were delicious. The good thing is they are baked not fried and they are not a bit oily. They are generously filled and seasoned perfectly!
They have a variety of seating areas depending on your group be it big, small, intimate. comfort or work with booths, chairs, tables, and lounge areas. They have relaxing music playing which provides a nice vibe. The service is friendly and very personable.
We are making this are “go to” social tea spot!

Came for the chai, stayed because I was forced to wait. The atmosphere inside is actually cute and cozy, so credit where it’s due. But the wait time? Insane. One person at the counter moving at God-level slowness, like we’re aging in real time.
Food is mid and the portions are a joke. Way too small for the price, blink and it’s gone. Who’d wait 48mins for mere 3 chicken puff and an Arabic chai. Super disappointing. The chai is honestly the only redeeming factor here and the only thing done right.
TL;DR: Nice vibes, good chai, tiny portions, and a wait time that kills all the joy. Come prepared with patience and very low expectations.

Oreo Frappuccino was extremely good, you could definitely taste the Oreo in it, I loved it. Sadly I’m not from here, because I would be here every week.
The strawberry slush also good, you can taste the yogurt in it, I would definitely recommend this to a person that doesn’t like yogurt but still wanna get the good benefits from it lol, it is soooo good!

Stopped in with my cousin and this place is just lovely. The ambience and the lighting are perfection. It’s a perfect place to work or meet up with friends. The snacks are delicious too, but the food is limited. Definitely will be back!

Came in for a chai and was extremely disappointed to find out it ’s all premade with milk so those of us who can’t drink dairy cannot even enjoy their chai. The store was completely empty, looked pretty dirty, and the girl working at the front desk seemed like she would rather be anywhere else but there. She didn’t even ask if I wanted my coffee for there to go and just put it in it to go cup and also didn’t ask if I would like anything else after ringing me up for my coffee. Which I ended up being fine with as I was going to order one of their puffs, but realize their kitchen is just a bunch of toaster ovens behind the café bar.
The Vietnamese coffee tasted delicious but it’s been about 4.5 hours since I’ve had it and I’ve had an uneasy stomach since. It seems like a lot of potential as the decor is cute but they are missing the ball.

Tried Chai Biscuit Cafe for the first time and loved it! The Butter Scotch and Black Forest pastries were light, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweet. The Adeni chai was exactly how I like it. Smooth, not too strong, with a perfect blend of spices. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming to everyone. We received a heartfelt greeting from the owners’ three children and the friendly front staff. I would definitely love to come back again!

I really wanted to like this café, but it was a huge letdown. The pastries had a terrible taste, and the Oreo frappé I ordered didn’t taste anything like Oreo—it was bland and off. The place looks nice from the outside, but that’s where the positives end.
The staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. I ordered a (bun masko ) that looked amazing in the photo—filled with cream and rich ingredients—but when it finally came (after a long wait), it was just a thin bun with some butter and sugar on top. That’s it. And it cost over $5! Completely overpriced for what felt like a lazy, thrown-together snack.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed. I’m never coming back here and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about quality and customer service
