Chadwick’s definitely delivered! The Buttermilk Biscuits with the Honey butter and house jam were warm and delicious, the Spicy Chicken Egg Rolls had the perfect kick, and both the Chadwick’s Club sandwich and the Chicken François were full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.

The service was great from the moment we walked in to the time we were seated and served. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming staff made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

Please save your money and go enjoy a meal somewhere else. We were visiting Alexandria and decided to skip so many good options for this. Such a disappointment. It is the first time I could not eat my dish that is how bad it was. We ordered the Salmon salad and the Fried chicken. They were below average. Bland, lacking freshness, the salmon was a huge disappointment, the taste was off for everything ordered. And when a waiter sees food almost untouched she should ask why? But no one cared to get a feedback or to know why.

This place is a perfect place to go for a happy hour. I thoroughly enjoyed the crabcakes and the buffalo wings. They were cooked to perfection.

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is perfect to go after work. They have also really great prices for drinks like $5 drafts. Overall, my favorite food has to be the crabcakes and the apple pie with ice cream not picture because I ate it all. 🙂

I highly recommend you check it out and the parking is not too bad.

I just went to Chadwick’s for brunch and loved it! The food and service were wonderful. They have a great variety of savory/sweet brunch food, mocktails, and cocktails! The fried chicken and French toast is a must! Also, the ambience is so cozy and fun!

First time here. Atmosphere is nostalgic of a quaint pub. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The blackberry hard cider was excellent. Got the buttermilk fried chicken the first night (yes I took a bite before taking the pic) the bacon gravy was out of this world. Liked it so much we went back the next night. The owner remembered us and was super friendly and welcoming. French dip was also very good. He even gave me bacon gravy for my fries. Thank you for making this trip memorable with amazing food and hospitality. Will definitely be back when visiting again. There will be a next time for sure. Also, it is down by the waterfront so you can see National Harbor from outside. We watched the fireworks for a bit on the 3rd.

When we walked in customer service was great. They played a great selection of music during our dining experience. Our waiter was great. I grew up in Maryland so I love crabs. We got the crab dip it was okay. The crabmeat wasn’t good quality lump, however the flavoring of the dip was good and the pita chips were delicious. Didn’t like the jambalaya; the rice was sticky and overcooked, the sausage wasn’t tasty. Overall I wouldn’t recommend. The ribs were falling off the bone and were decent. Didn’t like the crabcake. The fried chicken breast was well seasoned and pretty good. Overall the food was okay, I’ve had better.

The food here is solid, but not mind blowing in anyway. Service left a lot to be desired, the manager did have to come and get our order because the servers were all busy. However, our food did come pretty quickly and everything matched our order. Layout is not the best (the front door is the only way servers can get to the outdoor seating). It is confident and close to the waterfront and seems like they have a lot of seating if you have a larger group. Solid, but probably wouldn’t be my first or go-to option.

Came here for Sunday brunch on 14 April. The food was just ok, nothing to brag about. I had the egg white omelet with peppers onion and cheese. It was heavily saturated with oil and very bland, which required me to add salt and pepper. The home fries were ok, but it seemed like they were very skimpy and trying to save the potatoes. It was not worth the 14 dollars.

The crab dip had good flavor but lacked crab meat, just like the home fries, they were very skimpy on crab meat. This dish was not worth the price. The service was just ok, nothing special.

I did enjoy the decor, the interior was inviting and really made us think we were going to enjoy the brunch. Sorry, they failed.

The parking across the street is employed with an employee who is useless and processes information slower than the average human.
Sorry Chad, I don’t think I will be back to review any other dishes offered by the establishment.

Update: Went for brunch this morning and got the Flappy Jack brunch burger… OMG that pancake burger was PHENOMENAL!! I devoured every bite of that burger. I was glad they served strawberries and pineapple on the side to cut through the richness of the burger and syrup and make up for such a decadent breakfast. I would absolutely order it again!

Haven’t been to Chadwick’s in ages but glad to see this water side restaurant still holds up. We were there for their happy hour special, and the burger and fries hit the right spot! Probably some of the best fries I’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time. The burger was thick, juicy and was cooked to perfection. We had plenty of seating at the upstairs bar and didn’t have to wait too long to be served. Definitely coming back to try more of their happy hour bites, plus they’re all you can eat crab legs on Wednesday nights.

Not many places know how to do juicy and well seasoned turkey burgers but Chadwicks has it down. One of the best turkey burgers I’ve had in a while.
My sister has been coming to this place for years because she’s in love with their Mudslide pie. Had a bit and its delicious as well. I opted for the Key Lime pie which wasn’t as large a portion as the Mudslide however it was enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.
I like that they’re open late on Sundays as this is a preferred alternative to drive through.
Cool vibes while watching some football.
Will definitely be back.
