The lobby isn’t open so be ready to take your food home or eat in your car. Neither ideal being messy or ending in soggy food. Having checked reviews before we came as we hadn’t been here since we lived here wanted to check hours etc so we were prepared to eat in the car.

We usually get nachos from here and don’t have no complaints, but today I go there and got two med.nachos . The lady at the-drive thur had a nasty attitude When we arrived ! (If you don’t like your job find a new one! (SIMPLE) One nacho was good , but the other had tooth picks in there! Before I went there I called 4 times no one answered, so when I get there to tell them they had a tooth pick the lady at the driver the go say we don’t even use toothpicks. Okay so how it got in my food ? She talked to us like we were just trying to get free food , but then when they gave me a new one it’s bunch or beans and cheese! Barely no meat and chips! , but they lost me as a customer. (The toothpick is at the top of the box)

The westheimer location is full of incompetent liars. I visited this location on 7/16/23, at 1:19am and the person who took my order. Order number 1169 charged and provided me with an item I did not order. Once I was home I called and spoke to a young man and I explained that I did not order this item and I wanted my money back and asked what he wanted me to do with the food. He placed me hold a few times and he informed me that I would be receiving a refund for that item and that it will take 3-5 business days. He also told me to bring the item back. I informed him I wasn’t coming back out again, considering it’s now 2am and that I will bring it back in the morning. I returned the food at 9am and asked that I would still be getting my refund. The lady with the pink braces acted as if she couldn’t understand me so I asked for a manager. A old Hispanic lady appeared and I explained that I was bringing the food back and just wanted my refund. She explained that a refund could not be processed since the order was yesterday. Technically it was the same business day just 8 hours apart. I told her I spoke with a young man and he told me a was getting a refund and it will be in my account in 3-5 days. I asked if that was true and she stated if that is what I was told then that it was true. Well, guess what! They all lied. Beware of this location and check your orders because the staff is extremely incompetent. And I still want my money.

Hispanic girl, overnight, drive-through attendant It was horrible. She let everybody skip in the line we never got service. She was very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and does not need employment. I will never bring my business back here ever trash location definitely recommend the other location. Do not go to this location that Hispanic lady in the drive-through with the donut ponytail is trash

Really a 3.5 tbh. They were out of the house fajita beef, I asked if they would switch it to the steak for the same price, which they wouldn’t. That’s not too big of an issue since I see an obvious price difference. The food was good and flavorful, service was fairly quick since nobody was in line. Id go again if anything. . .

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Male manager was EXTREMELY rude to me over the phone when I called in trying to place a to go order through the Favor app. Argued with me and spoke over me aggressively. He proceeded to tell me the restaurant is not set up thorugh any app like Uber or Favor, which clearly isn’t true, and hang up on me 3 times where I had to call back to get the information I was requesting. I would HIGHLY suggesting taking your business and money elsewhere as these employees do not respect their customers or appreciate their business. I have never in my life been spoken to like that from a customer service employee, truly unacceptable.

Poorest service I’ve ever received. I waited in the drive through line for 30 mins just to get to the speaker and order. No one ever came to the speaker, not a hold on a minute or anything, so I pull up to the window and the lady refuses to take my order. I explained no one said anything at the speaker, so how am I to order, She then closed the window in my face. Never returning
