We stopped by on a Friday night for a date night. We had appetizers and drinks. The service was outstanding and the food and drinks were great. We have been several times for brunch, lunch, dinner, etc and have always had a greta experience. We will definitely be back soon. The mezcal margaritas was perfectly balanced, their queso flameado had a little spice which was so good and their ceviche was fresh.

This place is amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, perfect for enjoying a great meal. I tried the octopus tacos, and they were wonderful, with excellent presentation and a generous portion. The drinks were also well made and a great complement. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with many other restaurants and shops nearby. Definitely highly recommended!

While the food itself was satisfactory, the owner’s behavior was completely unacceptable and deeply troubling. The interaction was marked by a despotic, dismissive attitude and comments that felt clearly racial in nature. Such conduct is not only unprofessional but entirely inappropriate in any customer-facing environment.
Respect, dignity, and equal treatment should be the minimum standard for any establishment. Unfortunately, the owner’s behavior overshadowed the entire visit and left a lasting negative impression. Based on this experience alone, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Hosted my husband’s 50th Birthday here, and everything was FANTASTIC!! Perfect size space, atmosphere was great, food was delicious, but I have to give a very special thanks to the STAFF. Wow. This might be the best meal I’ve ever had in Kingwood. Kingwood, and lake Houston in general, have a wide selection of milquetoast local and chain restaurants. Very few actually do a great job and this is one of the few.
My better half had the Pollo Asada and I had the Pulpo Asada. Both meals were first rate. This establishment should have a wait to be seated.
