Ordered the spicy Chicken curry. And Naan bread. I loved it, great taste, very spicy. So I ordered the regular chicken curry to go, the price was EXTREMELY accommodating, compared to other Indian restaurants in other states. This was my 1st time here, DEFINITELY coming back. I had Curry for lunch and Dinner for 2 days!!! Lol. Loved it!!!!!

Chacha’s Dhaba catered food for my wedding reception and it was great. Food was delivered on time, it was hot and was delicious. They were reasonable with the costs of all items and the amounts provided were generous. They stayed in touch regarding the ordering and delivery process to make sure things went smoothly.
I am glad to have picked them over other vendors in the Slidell/Pearl River area. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for some tasty food!

Google Maps and especially Apple Maps could not not direct us properly to this hidden gem inside a gas station, so be careful. This unassuming restaurant has the most amicable staff. The food was delicious for the price. The seating area is literally inside a gas station so don’t expect much. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

I placed my order online & received a message that it was ready. I didn’t see it upon entering because employee’s were sitting on the counter blocking it. So I stood patiently at cashier line. I ordered online so I could walk in quickly.
The food is basically Punjab McDonald’s. Ingredients are not quality & flavor is blah. I gave 2 stars just because it was something different. Step it up people. Stop being unprofessional & put some care into food & service.

Warm Thanks for the Wonderful Team at the Indian Restaurant (Pilot Travel Center)
Such a beautiful surprise on the road! Everything here is made with love — you can truly feel it in every bite. The food is absolutely delicious — hot, fresh, full of flavor and warmth. The lentil soup, the fish in its golden sauce, the soft naan bread — all so perfect, like a little piece of home and a fine restaurant at the same time.
Thank you to everyone who cooks and serves here — you put so much heart into your work. It’s not just food, it’s kindness, care, and light that you share with travelers.
This place feels special — like a cozy stop filled with good energy and wonderful people.
I’d give this place 20 out of 10 — seriously that good!
Thank you for making such high-quality, delicious food for travelers. There’s so much heart and talent here — this place has the potential of a top restaurant. ✨

The food itself was fine, but the service was very slow. We waited far longer than expected for our order, and no explanation was given. Better time management and communication would really improve the experience..

Everybody in here was super friendly. If you like indian food you have to go here. Its very flavorful they cook it fresh. 10s across the board. I seen some comments that said this place was no good and they must not like indian food because this was the best I ever had. I got lamb biryani (so much meat) I got the veg paknoor (not sure if I spelled that right but it’s an app) fresh and delicious the garlic nann i got chili chicken and you talk about mouth watering. I got a few desserts as well. Very reasonably priced. If you like indian food this place is definitely worth a try!! Just to preface to I’ve never left a review in my life until!

Goat carry is very good 8/10 bread is five 5/10 bbq chicken 3/10 service was bad according to them. People do not drink tea after 6, so they stop making tea. After 6 PM when you are spending around fifty dollars they should make it if somebody needs it but the business is running at the moment. So they don’t care about people, even they’re spending $200

We didn’t have any Indian restaurant in Slidell, LA so imagine my surprise when I found out about the new Indian restaurant “Chacha’s dhaba Indian cuisine” in Pearl River inside a food court in a Pilot gas station off Exit 5A going towards Hattiesburg, literally 15 min from us. I’ve been there 4 times in the past 6 weeks and tried many different dishes from their lunch special $14.95 to chicken tikka masala $14.95 to tandoori chicken $13.95 to chole bhature $10.95 to shahi paneer $11.95 (plenty of vegetarian options) to Chacha’s special goat curry $16.95 to lamb biryani $14,95 to goat biryani $15.95 to samosas (2) with white chickpeas for $5.95. Food was good and they prepare it fresh from scratch after you place your order so be prepared to wait 15-20min depending upon how busy they are. They use fresh ingredients and their chicken literally melted in my mouth. I would definitely recommend for appetizers and order if samosas and chole bhature. Their chicken tikka masala was mediocre but goat curry and biryanis were good. Definitely check out the place as you won’t be disappointed with fresh and healthy Indian food prepared right in front of you
