The ambience is upscale and modern but still family-friendly. They have a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to start, and everything we ordered was super tasty with just the right portions for the price.
Big bonus: a kids menu with a coloring page and crayons That little touch made the night even better!
The desserts looked amazing (next time for sure!). Highly recommend—especially since it’s so close to home!

By the end of the meal, we were already planning our return visit—which, in my book, is the highest compliment you can give a restaurant. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just want an exceptional meal, Chabuca delivers on every level.

I grew up eating Peruvian food, so I can confidently say that Chabuca is extremely authentic. The flavors instantly brought me back home. The pollo a la brasa is hands down the best I’ve had in Orlando perfectly seasoned, juicy, and absolutely delicious.
We came during the restaurant’s soft launch, and honestly, everything was perfect. On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding. It was my mother’s birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make her feel absolutely special, which meant so much to our family.
I will definitely be back not only for the incredible food, but for the warm, genuine hospitality. Chabuca is a true gem, and I’m so excited to have authentic Peruvian cuisine like this locally.

The atmosphere inside was very nice with a modern look. I ordered an appetizer of anticuchos which were perfection. I definitely recommend getting them medium cooked. It reminded me of my grandmas anticuchos. Then I had a lomo Saltado which is to die for. The meat was juicy and was perfectly seasoned. On top of that the chicha morada is a great drink to have. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a date or to come with your family!

Brazas restaurant at Avalon Park was such a tasteful surprise. I was searching for a new venue to estimulate my taste buds and inspire me to write. As we strolled through Avalon, we heard a rock band playing live music in Spanish. My attention was caught. We gravitated to the place that was packed with people and decided to sit outside to listen to the music and order food. We ordered several dishes to share, and all I can say is that we received excellent customer service. Our waiter was polite, friendly and funny. The environment was great, and the owner was very much in tune with his customers, going around and interacting with them. Regarding the food, it was an out of this world experience. Flavors and textures exceeded our expectations. We ordered pionono empanadas as the appetizer, the sweetness of the ripe banana, and the beef made a wonderful contrast between sweet and salty. As a main dish, we had chicken chaufa, ceviche, and a seafood platter. Everything was tasty and very flavorful. A few days later, I was able to visit the same establishment, and the owner invited us to see his kitchen. The place was immaculate. If you have not tried this peruvian gem, you are missing out. They also open for lunch. I truly recommend this place. You will not regret it. There is another location at Orange Avenue.
