We stopped here for a boba tea, coffee and mochi donut. The place is very cut e with a Nice vibe. We tried guava, chocolate Oreo and mango mochi donuts. They were delicious. Bobba tea was very good too. I ordered cafe latte, it was too sweet for some reason. Other than that, it a nice place. Definitely recommend

I absolutely love this place! The mochi donuts are soft, chewy, and not too sweet – just perfect. And the drinks taste so fresh and real. The whole café feels modern, cozy, and super inviting – definitely a spot you want to keep coming back to ✨

The owner is amazing! You can tell he really loves what he does and knows it inside out. He’s always there to help, cares about every little detail, and takes the time to respond to every review here in Google. That says a lot about how much he values his customers

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, always ready to explain the menu and help you choose. And I have to mention the cleanliness – everything is spotless, tables always shining , which is so important for me.

Cha Papi is one of those rare places where you feel good the moment you walk in – I’ll definitely be back again and again!

While on a weekend trip to Connecticut, I came across this charming find. Everything about the cafe is chic, homey, and incredibly welcoming. Everyone working there is really kind and willing to help you understand the menu. I can almost taste the ice cream, but alas, the machine was out of commission. Of all the drinks we had, the Ube Latte is definitely a must-try. If you happen to be in the area, I strongly suggest dropping by!

We stopped at this place on our way back from Vermont when we were craving coffee and donuts, and it turned out to be such a lovely surprise. An adorable little spot in the most unexpected place.
The donuts were absolutely delicious- even my husband, who usually only goes for a plain glazed from DD, was impressed and hasn’t stopped talking about them. They even passed the test of our very picky 6-year-old, which says a lot. I had the black sesame latte, which was fantastic if you’re a fan of that flavor.
The space is clean, chic, and simple all at once. We also noticed the owner helping with orders, which really shows a hands-on, caring approach. Highly recommend!

Stopped in after A Dong, to get donuts & especially the recommended taiyaki. So sad, ice cream machine awaiting service — no taiyaki today. Before paying noticed drink card on counter and ordered hojicha corn latte — kind of smash-up of Kyoto hojicha latte & Hokkaido corn latte. Prepped by one of the owners, very personable. Excellent summer drink — recommend you try small sip from corn & hojicha layers before you mix. Oh, donuts very good but today think I prefer the dulce de leche from Mochi Donut Cafe.

Can’t stop raving about Cha Papi, as it’s my favorite and go-to donut shop, in fact this is a very long-overdue Google Review. The shop has a cozy atmosphere with colorful, seasonal decor that makes it a perfect spot to enjoy a sweet treat.

Mochi donut flavors change weekly and offer a delightful range of flavors. The creativity of their donut flavors is unmatched and is what makes them stand out. Each donut is beautifully crafted, with a chewy texture that’s unlike any traditional donut. Not only do they have mochi donuts, but soft serve ice cream, taiyaki cones and not to mention the best hot and cold tea/coffee beverages. My favorite is the ube latte!

The staff is always super friendly and the shop’s environment is very inviting. Owners are very sweet and welcoming, and always finding a way to connect with the community through delightful events! Although I already have a regular order, whenever my friends and I are down to try something different, the staff is incredibly helpful, offering recommendations. Their passion for what they do really shines through in the quality of their products.

Cha Papi is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth- you won’t be disappointed.

I came when they first opened and loved everything about this place. However I caked today and the food and atmosphere are still great but the staff and customer service are seriously lacking. Staff members had headphones in while working and messed up both of my drinks. Drinks were remade but I was one of 2 customers in the store and my order was not complicated. One regular iced americano with a splash of milk and a passion fruit black tea with boba. The americano had syrup and the ice tea had milk and no boba. Both were remade but it turned a 5 min trip into 15 minutes. On top of that, the mochi donuts were not put out until 10 minutes after opening. Not impressed.

This was my first time back in this plaza after a long time, and this shop is a pleasant surprise.

The donuts are a must try and very flavorful. Soft on the inside with a glaze and crunch of blueberry on top.
The ube latte was also very good. Definitely stop by if you have time.

We stopped here for an ice cream after some shopping in west Hartford. This was our second time and we were delighted to find there were two different flavors. At first my teen was a little apprehensive for “ black sesame “ but it was so delicious!! Almost reminiscent of a brown butter caramel. He got his just in a cup and I got the custard filled cone. The mix of the warm doughy cone and the ice cream is something that I’m still thinking about!

Delicious, creative and beautiful donuts that change flavors every week! These are exciting to get and try every time and come in a pretty box. I haven’t tried anything other than the donuts on the menu and haven’t stayed to hang out in the space, but it looks quite spacious. Hopefully will try some of the drinks soon!
