Just don’t think the overall value was good compared to the other places in Eden center. The $15 for each dish felt quite steep, especially considering they were pre prepared, not made to order. Felt like there are so many things with better taste and bigger portions at a cheaper price elsewhere in the center.
He cooks the intestines panini-style, pressing them until they’re crispy, golden, and dripping with umami goodness. Pair it hot off the grill with the cold, sweet, and sour pickles, and boom—best day ever.
10/10 would come back for more. Hidden gem, don’t sleep on it!
The filling is packed with flavor, perfectly balanced between protein and veggies. And did I mention they put a whole shrimp inside? At just $1.50 a piece, it’s a steal. Crunchy, flavorful, and seriously satisfying—this is the spot for chả giò lovers!
For those of you who don’t know, Bánh Tét Ngũ Sắc is a vibrant five-colored sticky rice cake filled with savory mung bean, braised pork, and salted egg yolk, wrapped in banana leaves and cooked for 8 hours.
At $35 per roll, it’s not cheap, but the quality and taste make it absolutely worth it. The sticky rice is fragrant and chewy, the filling is rich and flavorful, and the colors make it almost too beautiful to eat—almost! If you’re lucky enough to get your hands on one, don’t hesitate!
I am not recommending this place.
