Sat at the bar – tender recommended an espresso martini (which ive never had) and it was soo good!
We ordered from the lunch special mix nd match .. 2 floutas, a mushroom taco and plate came with a side of beans. Also ordered queso fundido with chorizo.
The mushroom taco was actually good! But the floutas were pretty soggy unfortunately..
Overall nice experience sitting at the bar. Atmosphere is nice .. but food was reallg under powered for what I expected with the ambiance. Overall I’d love to come back, but only go for tacos the next time

Cha Cha’s is a favorite when choosing a fancier restaurant for happy hour or dinner. The decor adds energy and was thoughtfully selected. The service is excellent and each person we encountered was friendly and welcoming. They truly care about the customer experience and welcome feedback.
It feels like they have the right amount of menu options and everything we ordered was well made and delicious!
I’ve been here a few times and each time has been a great time.

Met a friend and ate at Cha Cha’s for the first time. It was Taco Tuesday. Sat outside in their covered patio with a heated lamp, very comfortable. Chips and salsa were good. A nice variety of different salsas were offered. I like hot. I ordered the 3 taco plate, theres also a 6 taco plate! I chose a fish taco, a carnitas taco and a wild mushroom taco. The mushroom taco was a 1st and it was delicious, who knew, lol mushrooms!! Service was good, music and atmosphere was great! I’d go back.

I live in Seattle and try to visit here each time I am down visiting my best friend. Today is her birthday and of course she has to go have the best Cha Cha Margarita! I called to try to purchase a drink and dessert for her. Ivan at the front and Manager Jennifer were absolutely Incredible! They both took their time to help me figure out where my friend was sitting in the restaurant and the BEST way to celebrate her! Thank you both so very much for making her feel as special as she truly is! You are AWESOME!

Fantastic food in a fun environment. Outside seating was great, and our server had good recommendations. Drinks were delicious. Our table had guacamole salsa and chips to start, and our entrees were chicken & cheese enchiladas (the Verde sauce was excellent), tacos – carnitas and brisket (to die for) with calabacitas instead of rice and beans, and the catch of the day. Everything was fantastic!

Fun environment with daily specials. The fish was perfectly cooked with a nice crispy top full of flavor. The crab and shrimp enchiladas were filled well and did not taste artificial (real crab is always a plus). The sangria was good and not overly sweet. You also get a hefty pile of fresh chips to enjoy while you wait for your meal. Will definitely eat here again.

We celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday at Cha Cha’s, and it was absolutely perfect! The food was fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the drinks were amazing—everyone at our table was impressed.
A special shout-out to Jenifer, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was so warm, accommodating, and made us feel like truly welcomed guests. It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch these days, and it made the celebration extra special.
Thank you, Cha Cha’s, for helping us create such a wonderful memory. We’ll definitely be back!

After over 10 years, this is still one of my favorite places. Today we came for my husband’s birthday, and we cannot be more happy with the evening. Shay, our server, was WONDERFUL! Food was delicious (the tuna ceviche a lil hot, but still great!), drinks were tasty… once again a very happy visit. Shay, thank you for making tonight special!

This is a decent Mexican American eatery with excellent and friendly service. I tried the Cha Cha Margarita that the menu proclaimed as the best in Orange County. It was pretty good, but too light on the tequila. The best dish was the steak fajita, which you have to ask the server since it’s not on the current menu. I had it in medium rare and it was a bit on the medium side, but it was a decent quality cut and tasted very good. We also ordered a bunch of tacos, and they weren’t very of. The carnita was too sweet and the fish was too dry and tough. The short rib taco was the only one that tasted okay. Both the rice and beans were good, but the corn tortillas were a 1* as the edge of all the tortillas were very hard, which means they were not freshly made. This place lost a star for is corn tortillas. The prices were reasonable in light the quantity of food you get. Parking can be tough to find on Birch, though there’s a multi-stories parking structure that’s free, but park in the mall behind the restaurant on Imperial, and then it’s a shorter walk than the parking structure. Take the path between World Market and US Bank.

Not quite the quality it was, but still OK. The food can be inconsistent from one experience to the next, sometimes it’s incredible, other times they’re clearly not paying attention to detail.

I went on back to back Wednesday at 5:00- both underwhelming. Last week the seafood enchiladas were luke warm, this week they were hot but the bottom of my plate was covered in beans (and I ordered all rice, no bean).

Time to dial it in.
