I am a reqular customer. Overoll food is good. And i am not complaining about price. But service need to be upgrade better. Oneday i went for lunch. I have to seat other customers standing. Becuz server was too busy inside. And never offered the beberage not even water.
Waiting time too long. Food was take too long to came out. And missed one menu until we ate half way.
And when i take out ordered. They need to pack noodle and broth separate.
And need more broth. Give broth too cheap. By that time i came home to eat, there was no broth. Other ramen resturant packed separate. It couldn’t tell if this ramen or stir fry ramen. Please pack more professional. And service wise also.
I know this resturant has been business for many years. So service need to be upgrade as professional.

Best tasting Tonkotsu broth in SoFlo. This is a Jem that can be 5 stars for sure!!! The pork belly should have been grilled a bit before tossing in the ramen I opine as it looked boiled. Service was bland and slow. And it was extremely cold inside that required us to get another layer of clothing from the car to put on. I would definitely give it another try.

One of my favorite restaurants for over 15 years! Very authentic in both quality and service. Went for lunch recently and it was even better than I remembered. Felt like going to a mom and pop ramen joint in a Tokyo suburb. Cannot say enough praise about this restaurant and its current management.

I only ate here twice. The first time I ordered ramen and although it was expensive it was good… The second time was tonight however, I ordered the Japanese fried Chicken over rice. It was like chicken nuggets that were soggy and all dark meat and fatty. With some scrambled egg sauce poured over everything. Let’s just say for $16.36, I expected much better!

Some of the most delicious Japanese food I’ve had. Excellent soba, ramen, and udon. Make sure to ask for the cold soba as it’s not on the menu but it’s delicious. Service was very nice and the location was well maintained.

Very good fast casual ramen. Not the best I’ve tasted but good enough to satisfy your ramen cravings for sure! Some ingredients like the pork didn’t have as much flavor as the broth — maybe because it was too go?
We ordered four super classic with spicy oil and spicy paste, to go. It was very good we finished everything. The spices were very hot which is good 🙂
The atmosphere inside is very nice, lots of Japanese references, a TV streaming some manga, nice decorations. They also serve Kirin, and Sake
The service was also very good, the lady at the counter took time to explain the menu. She was surprised we took 4 super big ramen but we had a craving so we needed all that.
The only downside is that despite our big order we could not make any modifications like change an egg for mushrooms, we had to order extra mushrooms.

Youll struggle to find anywhere this good in the entire US. The Curry Nanban Don’t had real mastery in its flavor, with subtle notes of sweetness that really brings out the five spice.

Great place! You get to customize your noodles just the way you like it. I had the their special Cha cha, tonkotsu, level 2 ghost ️ and it was just right for me. I don’t know if my taste buds would be able to handle the level 3 reapers. lol The broth is a little fatty and seasoned just right. All I have to say is when you finish the broth… the broth is on point! N very nice and hospitable as well!

Simply put…this is a really good Ramen place. Best Ramen place in the USA I have been so far (I have tried alot!). I went for the Soy base this time. Authentic, Delicious, and Great Value for the price!!! The Owner, she is Awesome too (excellent host and very considerate)! Great Job!!
