We were super excited when we heard there was a Corpus Christi Cha 3 location opening up since we loved stopping by the Cha3 in Portland every time we went through there but unfortunately this location isn’t as good. We’ve been to this location a couple times wanting to give it the benefit of the doubt but their house milk tea drink wasn’t mixed well and the boba pearls were under or over cooked because they were very inconsistently chewy and not good both times we went. The atmosphere was a little awkward because there was no music. Disappointing because the Portland location has a great atmosphere and better quality drinks.

I think these points depend on how you like to enjoy your boba tea. I got the cha x cha x cha which a standard milk tea. What was great was it was unsweetened as requested and made with very fast service. What was strange was the size of ice cubes where they were small enough to get into the straw and compete with the boba; I’ve never experienced that before with a boba tea. I would prefer larger ice cubes. The drink was also mildly underfilled despite the massive amount of crushed ice displacing tea in the container and a scant amount of boba. I think the flavor was otherwise fine. Parking was easy in front of the shop since it’s in a large shopping plaza.

5 Stars – Even Better the Second Time!
So excited that Cha 3 Boba Shop opened their second location—this time closer to me! Their first spot in Portland, Texas was already amazing, and this new location keeps the same high standards. The drinks are consistently top-tier—smooth, flavorful, and perfectly sweetened. The Strawberry Dream is my absolute favorite—super refreshing and just the right amount of creamy and fruity. The boba is always fresh and perfectly chewy.
The new location is super clean and has a welcoming vibe. Staff is friendly, fast, and really know their drinks. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they do. I’m so happy to have a local boba shop that actually delivers quality every time. Highly recommend checking it out—you won’t be disappointed!

I’m so happy that my favorite boba tea shop has a second location now! The shop is so cute and the staff are super friendly and helpful! It’s definitely a smaller, to-go only, location but that’s perfect for picking up a drink while you’re running errands. They do have seats for you to use while you wait for your drink though.

This location is mostly take-out, but it’s Just as good as the original location in Portland! Love the matcha walls here too, super cute! Perfect stop before praying the farmer’s market on the weekends!

Can’t speak highly enough! The staff are always so welcoming and definitely helpful when you just can’t decide. The owners really show their love in this place and you can feel it as soon as you step in. It’s a very clean, well kept and cozy location.
My favorite drink is the Matcha /milk with tapioca boba. Hits the spot every single time!
