Went to cfc today 2x. The first time my kids got their food and I later returned to get a quick bite with my boyfriend, we ordered mozzarella sticks and the nugget and fry meal. We both ate a half of a nugget and immediately both agreed we didnt like them. The texture was off, meat rubber like and overall gross. We politely asked if we could switch our order as we were dissatisfied. The worker refused said because we paid and opened it there was nothing she could do, we asked for the manager and instead spoke with the owner. He was rude, dismissive and implied we were looking for free food (we paid already) he then proceeded to mock us. We were extremely polite and even though we were unhappy didnt treat him the way he immediately came off. First time in my life an owner of a restaurant didnt care about his establishment, food quality, or customer service. I will never spend another penny there and if he continues to run his business that way, im sure it wont last too long ♀️

If you were professional and actually cared instead of just caring to a public post then there wouldn’t have been and issue or a cause for a bad review in the first place. I said what I said and stand on it. You’ll never see a penny from me again and I’ll be sure to spread the word on how unprofessional this location is as well!

Lots to take in. The menu is huge. The chicken was excellent and quite large. After getting hosed at other places it’s good to get a portion you feel you paid for. Recommended.

Fried chicken has always been my favorite and even my kids had come to love it and everytime we crave for one (who doesn’t?) we go to CFC Fried Chicken. Its as good as the Jollibee chicken back home in the Philippines if not better. Their place is clean and the employees are approachable and nice. They are very polite and nice to kids. Highly recommended. It is worth the visit.

Good service don’t got to be above and beyond. Sometimes it’s just as simple as getting what you ordered. I ordered food, a drink, and a fork. I got food, a drink, a fork, and a bonus spoon. Most places would of forgot the fork and the drink.

I’ll keep it a buck with y’all – I don’t know what the heck halal is I just wanted chicken on rice. So is it a good halal chicken? I don’t know. Is it a good chicken on rice? Absolutely.
