This place is amazing. I can’t complain. The fish was so refreshing, I recommend the ceviche with shrimp and octopus if you want a burst of flavor. 10 out of 10. The fish or the shrimp.
They also play lovely Mexican music which if you like Banda you’ll enjoy it. Their food is as authentic as it gets!

Fantastic, refreshing and authentic Mexican seafood flavors!
Shrimp was fresh! The staff and atmosphere were ready to invite you to an authentic Pacific seafood meal.
We ordered a clasic Shrimp Aguachile and a mix Ceviche w/serrano and both were PHENOMENAL!!!
Their mango fresh water was so refreshing.
We live in Arkansas but definitely we can’t wait to be back to try more from this great Cevicheria.

Great spot for fresh ceviche, bowls etc. service was friendly and fast. . The elote and lobster bisque were great starters. Shrimp cocktail and diabla shrimp bowl were fresh and really good. The portion sizes are very big here and they don’t skimp on the shrimp. Looking forward to going back to explore some more of the menu.

The food being delicious is an understatement and “ENRIQUE” was the kindest, helpful, & super patient. They were so accommodating with their huge selection of choices7 places only have 1-2 ceviche choices and that’s it! Imagine a Subway type of layout, all fresh ingredients (fruits, seafood, veggies, etc) laid out in front of you and yes if you want extra of this or less of that, they’ll fix you up. I can’t handle spicy foods, and they still had some amazing options for me to choose from. I was blown away over the amount of food you get for such amazing prices! Before I started to eat it, I weighed it, and my one bowl was a little over an incredible1.5lbs. The restaurant was so clean, smelled delightful, super quick service, and they had quality to-go bowls, utensils, chips, etc. It’s actually very close to 45 on Sawdust (Hobby Lobby parking lot).

If you’re looking for fresh tasting seafood, this is the place to go. I’ve passed this place so many times until finally after being out all day I needed something fresh, delicious and flavorful. I decided to stop in and it was everything I needed in a seafood dish. The dishes are fairly priced and perfect portion they don’t skimp you on the food or drinks.
The atmosphere was great. Customer service was phenomenal and quick.
I ordered the shrimp ceviche with their refreshing cucumber, Agua Fresca (it’s a must try).❤️ I will be going back.

The service was friendly, fast, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
The ceviche was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, honestly some of the best I’ve ever had! You can really taste the quality and care they put into every dish.
If you love authentic ceviche and great service, this is definitely the place to go

When we walked in, no one was there the place was empty. One lady walked out, and she was kind of rude; she had an attitude. We went around 7:00 p.m. We ordered a ceviche, a burrito, elote, a michelada, and agua de Jamaica. The agua was extremely sweet; I even tried mixing it with water, but it was still too sweet. The elote had too much cheese, and it tasted strange. The burrito was alright I’d rate it a 7. The michelada was the best thing; I’d give it a 10.
We never got the ceviche, which upset my husband because we waited a while only to find out they hadn’t added it to the order, even though I heard him ask for it. I think the ladies were just in a rush. We had actually gone to the other location on Louetta first, but it was closed even though Google showed it as open.
Overall, they should play some music, have friendlier staff, and definitely cut down on the sugar in the drinks , it was way too much.

In a city filled with a tidal wave of mediocre eating-out options, Ceviche Ria stands out as a beacon, on high ground, of fresh seafood, with a fantastic west coat inspired menu. While other restaurants suffocate would-be diners with processed buns, food in various forms of beige, and lack of fresh ingredients, Ceviche Ria is a breath of fresh air with fresh ingredients and strong flavors to get the party started in your mouth. (Queue mexican dance music.)
If this place was a superhero, then it would be Jason Momoa’s Aquaman. Fun, with unmatched power in the realm of the sea, and a food lineup that is full of fresh options that are rare in the fast food world, and battling the evil forces of seafood shrinkflation from the evil machinations of land-dwellers.
Enrique, the owner, allegedly can talk to fish!
1990’s Will Smith would definitely say, “that’s fresh!”
I know, I’ve said the word “fresh,” alot, but it needs to be said!
here is why:
1. The hip Mexican coastal tourist town vibe & aesthetic.
2. The head-bop inducing music.
The cute little cubes of veggie and fruity goodness.☺️
3. The generous portions of seafood.
4. The wake-you-up-with-power flavors of lime, fresh chiles, onion, avocado, cucumber, and many more! (Power, like how Aquaman’s power rivals Superman’s, underwater. )
5. Ceviche, in the best Mexican style version in the Woodlands. Uncontested. It’s in the name, true believers!
6. Aguachiles. Trust me. Thank me later. Beautiful balance of strong flavors. Your taste buds will feel alive. Go with the Caribbean salsa if you like sweet, tangy, and savory things. Real men (or women, no judgment here) drink the leche de tigre (a Peruvian term for the leftover juice). Boom!
7. Bowls. all filled with food love. I can’t say enough. Perfectly cooked rice is the perfect base to savory seafood proteins, and vibrant veggies.
8. Top quality salmon. I confirmed this with the owner. ✅ In my Hawaiian Bowl, the salmon was perfectly caramelized and flakey. Fresh, because it gets thrown out if not used quickly.
9. The fresh made aguas frescas. Taste the fresh fruits in drink form. Superior to the powder based drinks one gets at other places. My favorite is the cucumber lime. A refreshing drink that pairs well with seafood! So good, they could be a business by themselves. Neighboring food workers come in and get these frequently, because they know quality when they drink it.
Sangria. How many places even have the option to have sangria?
10. Color. Nature’s artistic contribution through fruits and vegetables. Fiery reds from tomatoes and peppers, bold and bright greens from peppers, cucumbers, cilantro, and avocados, sunny yellows from mangos and pineapples, all come together to make post-worthy food pics.
Taste the rainbow!
If you are feeling froggy, then try the off-menu Aguachiles with coconut!
Also, like Aquaman, Ceviche Ria’s strengths are relatively unknown. Aquaman used to be a glorified merman, and a backup level superhero. Now, he is basically Poseidon in a bodysuit, and has some of the best writing in the comic book world. He had some great writers come in and revamp his powers. Take the opportunity to discover the new underwater powerhouse of flavors, and git-you-some! If you do, then you will find yourself telling them urgently, “please, take my money!”
Invite your friends, and be the foodie hero you want to be.
Happy eating , ya’ll.
Boom!
