Delicious! Creatively offered. A little discriminatory greeting. I like trying all types of cuisine. The staff seemed surprised to see that I was interested in eating here. I asked for a small amount of chilies, my food was almost too spicy to eat. I shared my concerns, accepted the apology and I plan to visit again.

Disappointing Customer Service
My wife and I were really looking forward to trying Ceviche Ceviche, and despite the many reviews mentioning poor customer service, we decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, those reviews were right.
When we walked in, there were two young men behind the counter preparing food. They didn’t look up, greet us, or acknowledge us in any way. We spent a couple of minutes looking at the menu, and when we were ready to order, my wife said, “Okay, we’re ready.” Still nothing—not even eye contact. One of the employees walked away, and the other just stood there without saying a word.
At that point, we simply walked out. I’m sure the food is good, but no food is good enough to make up for that level of customer service. Very disappointing experience. We won’t be returning.

My visit this past Saturday afternoon was deeply disappointing, not because of the food, but due to a shocking failure in customer service.
I was incorrectly charged for my order at the register. When I brought the error to the employee’s attention, he outright refused to fix the mistake, despite the clear discrepancy.
What happened next was completely unacceptable. When I informed him that I would be contacting management to resolve the incorrect charge, his response was, “I don’t care.”
This level of dismissiveness and disrespect from an employee dealing with a payment error is truly appalling. Not only did the staff member refuse to correct a simple mistake, but he showed zero concern for customer satisfaction or the integrity of the business. Management needs to address this immediately, as an employee who tells customers “I don’t care” should not be on the front lines handling transactions. I strongly advise others to double-check their bill and be aware of the extremely poor service standards.

I was recommended this place by someone who is picky with there food. The food was excellent. Very fresh and full of flavor. I got that tingly sensation in the back of my jaw when I first bit in. Their home made sauces added a punch that left my mouth watering. I didn’t even touch my drink as the food kept my palette very entertained. The portion was very generous for the cost. I recommend you try this establishment out while heartedly!

Great ceviche! The food is delicious, I order the classic and add habanero! The first time I went there was disorganization on which line was which regarding ordering and pick-up. I had ordered ahead and waited for a while since the staff was busy prepping orders, rather than help me first the employee let two other people cut in line.
