Where do i Start. Arturo and Manuel were amazing and awesome. We had a large ceviche which gives you 4 proteins and also an aguachile. They were amazing. The food is so good. Probably the best and most fresh ceviche I’ve had. We drove 45 minutes to try it out and it didn’t disappoint.

The food was delicious. I got to choose what I put on my dish and it was fresh. Here’s a picture of what I ate today. Theirs menu is awesome. Theirs selection is amazing. I’m going back to try something different next week. The service was great.

The ceviche was excellent I highly recommend it. I got the 4 protein bowl(tuna,crab,octopus and shrimp) spicy leaves 5 and it was great, I didn’t need to add anything else

Ordered on 10/16 through Uber Eats and I was unfortunately very disappointed. We ordered 2 small ceviches (the portions were really good for the price, that’s a point for them ) but, 1. We asked for no jicama and not only did they put jicama but also pineapple. And 2. They did not put any lime on it at all, a good ceviche tastes like lime, well this one tasted like a dessert. It was extremely sweet so it was just a very unpleasant taste/experience. I expected a great dish and ended up very upset that we couldn’t even eat them, they were straight up sweet like dessert with no salt/ lime at all. Maybe this was the uber couriers fault but we also ordered 2 sodas and none arrived. I would’ve loved it if it tasted like an actual ceviche but this was far from what I expected. It was a 3/10

Great service, the food was fresh and delicious highly recommend it if you enjoy seafood. The green aguachiles were flavorful and just the right amount of spice. The cocktail had plenty portion of protein. Finally the ceviche was full of flavor with all the different ingredients! Will definitely be coming back to the ceciche bar!

We stopped by yesterday for the first time and we were beyond impressed with the service and the favor of all of the dishes we got. We got the green agua chiles, shrimp ceviche and a shrimp bowl. My kids loved it and they are asking when we could go back! The ceviche had some much flavor that I we finished it all. The service was just as impressive! The gentleman that attended us asked if we had been there before and when we told him it was our first time, he took the time to walk us through the process and even let us taste some of the sauces. We will definitely be back again soon! This is our new favorite seafood restaurant!

ceviche bar is a similar concept to Poke and as it happens they also offer Poke. The seafood tasted and looked fresh. The vegetable selection had variety including, but not limited to, cucumber, jicama, corn, jalapeño, cilantro, and purple onions. There were also various sauces to choose from. We like ours spicy so we got a hot sauce added to ours. We had a lunch special, small ceviche or poke bowl and a drink for $11. The serving sizes are a good amount. I got full and I am a Big lady. I also ordered a chipotle chicken panini to take to my mom and she said it was very good.
