I placed an online order on November 22 during their normal business hours but apparently this day they closed because their system was down, their website still accepted my order and charged my card. I never received the food.
It took several days of calling just to be connected to a manager about a refund. I was eventually put in contact with the owner, who told me they use a third-party service for online ordering and that I would need to go through them for a refund. That third party was no help either. In December I let the owner know I hadn’t received my refund and he left me on read with no reach out.
I then politely asked for either a refund or for them to simply give me the food I already paid for. Months later, I have received nothing — no refund, no food, and no resolution.
What’s especially disappointing is that this used to be my go-to spot for seafood. I genuinely loved this place, but the complete lack of accountability and follow-through over money taken for food I never received is unacceptable. Customer service like this ruins trust, and I would not recommend ordering online unless you’re prepared to fight to get your money back.

Not my kind of thing. I also wish they gave more chips/tostadas. Odd that they were skimping on the cheap part of the meal. Some of the shrimp was raw. I hated the massive pieces of octopus but maybe that’s just a me thing.

My sister and I came here on a whim, and we both are SO happy we did. I got the classic with shrimp, and my sister got the verde with fish. They were both very, very good. So good, we got a second round to go for later. Prices are fair, service was great, and the restaurant itself is a vibe!

Great flavors and awesome vibe. The music playing and the decor takes your mind to a Mexican beach. I had The 101 taco and it was fully stacked and super delicious. The service was great, with a smile and the place was very clean. Nice location with plenty of parking and I was surprised to see they also had a drive-thru. Will definitely be back whenever I need a quick Marisco fix.

Just tried the this new spot, Karla & Evelyn were great. We ordered The Works ceviche, we could barely finish it all. The prices are very affordable. They even gave us a sample of one of their soups, which was also very good. Try it out if you’re in the area.

Had the Ahi 101 Nachos, Verde Aguachiles, Jamaica & Pepsi. Got my drinks right at the drive-thru as soon as I pulled up, but it took them roughly 20 minutes to make the food, despite there being only 2 tables with people who already had their food. The employee working the drive-thru kept talking & laughing with the people in the kitchen & walking around. Maybe that’s why it took so long to get my food, instead of the excuse that they gave, which was that they had a problem with the fryer. I enjoyed the food, but the service was lacking.

Use Drive Thru for busy hours, inside is small for 20 ppl and that’s if everyone is sitting down. The door is by the tables so to form a line can get crowded. Disappointed there’s no salsa bar or self-serve drinks, but they provide different sauces. Not much variety, especially for kids. The drinks are very selective, not even margaritas which can pair with ceviche too. Otherwise, the food is flavorful, but pricey for 1 item since it doesn’t include anything else. If you need items or extras from the staff, you gotta wait between them taking orders and passing food out.

I went in for some lunch and I ordered 2 fish tacos with a small shrimp cocktail. This was my first time and they did not disappoint. The fish tacos were filling enough to be honest. The shrimp cocktail was also very delicious. I will definitely be going here again. Also the staff was super helpful in letting me know the specials going on.

Here on a visit, I heard this place was good. My nephew got ceviche 101 and I had the marlin taco. I was disappointed with the marlin, flavor was okay. it was missing something like a pickled salsa or something. The 101 was 2 out of 5 star. Not sure I would come back unless I am willing to try something else.

My wife got the fish burrito with a Pacifico and I got the aguachiles with a michelada. I feel like the michelada was a good pairing with the aguachiles. Great food. I don’t usually like much fish but I tasted her burrito and I wanted more. Michelada was amazing too!
