The food was pretty good, I guess. Staff was nice, and the truck itself was cool, but the problem I had was that the prices aren’t listed, so I ended up spending $14 for a burrito and a Jarritos. If the food was spectacular, it wouldn’t have been a problem, but I get a much better burrito at my usual spot for $8 so a little disappointed with Ceasars.

My husband and I recently moved to Edmond and this truck is right around the corner from us so we decided to try it tonight. I definitely don’t understand the 1 star reviews, we both enjoyed our meal. Was it the best we’ve ever had? No. But, it was delicious and we would go back. He got the macho burrito and I the Cali burrito. Both were delish and hit the spot. Thank you!

Apparantly this place is hit or miss. Before they got the new truck they were good. Last few times I’ve got it’s been meh. Today I ordered 4 meals and the carne asada may as well have been beef jerky. We got carne asada quesadilla 2 carne asada fries and a bean and cheese. No far it’s all been trash today. Hopefully they didnt mess up the bean and cheese burrito.

I’m always excited about tacos but I’d save your $ for another taco truck. I really wanted to love this place. The truck is the only cool thing here. The food is just beef or chicken fried in grease it seems. There is no flavor in any of the 5 tacos we had and they were $13. They are overpriced for what they serve for sure. Hoping there’s a big change ♡

Worst taco truck I’ve ever tried. The tacos where so dry I needed a toothpick just to get threw them. Thought I ordered sawdust on a tortilla. Zero flavor, zero freshness, and definitely not worth the stop.

It was really bad. The asada was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. They gave me about 3 pounds of asada fries, but the cheese sauce tasted watered down. Nothing I ordered had any flavor. I took a couple bites and threw the rest away. I was the only one waiting for an order and was told 10 min but it took 25+ for two tacos and asada fries. Lastly it was overpriced at $18.

AMAZING!! I got a ginormous chicken torta, it was so delicious!! The bread was nice and toasted and still so soft and good. The chicken was delicious and the whole sandwich was one of the best I have tried. Super sweet folks, welcoming environment to walk up to! 100/10

Food was better back when they had the old Taco Loco truck. Once they became Cesar Palace their prices went through the roof and the food would come out burnt or taste weird. I was a customer of El Taco Loco in the same location for 5+ years and you can better food for a lot less money.
Most taco trucks aren’t that expensive. This one is by far the most expensive one I’ve been to. Restaurant priced food from a taco truck. Went from being the best to being very inconsistent. Had to find another truck.

Probably the worst taco truck i’ve tried to date the meat was extremely dry and the tacos are way over priced for the sub par quality that they were will not return
