Visiting. We were on our way back to our hotel when we saw the pink decor and lights. We decided to head in for an evening snack. We weren’t sure what we wanted but we knew we wanted something sweet and fun. Angel was an absolute gem! She helped my husband and I find the right treat for each other. We also had some time to chat with Angel and we LOVE how she’s proud of her hometown and her work. Oh, about the place. It’s legit what you’d wish a snack shop would look/smell/feel like; light, sweet, and fun. It’s ADA friendly (ample space for my husband and his electric wheelchair). Oh, and the treats. I had the watermelon dirty soda and husband had a cookies and cream shake. Exactly the kinda sweet treat to end a great day. We look forward to enjoying more treats while we’re here. Mahalo, Angel and Cerealsy Milky!

Cerealsly Milky is an absolute must visit!
Not only do they make small-batch, specialty ice cream with unique flavors like lavender honey, Thai tea, and rhubarb vanilla (all created with liquid nitrogen right in front of you!), but the experience itself is just as sweet as the treats. They also offer hand-dipped ice cream, which you can enjoy in a cup or their delicious homemade waffle cones.
On top of the incredible ice cream, they serve a fun variety of drinks — refreshing spritzers, Lotus energy drinks, and coffee, so there’s truly something for everyone.
The shop is small but super cute and cozy, with soft pink and blue tones that make the whole place feel bright and inviting. There’s even some outdoor seating which is perfect when the weather is nice. It’s a great spot for families and kids, though the indoor space might be a bit tight for those using wheelchairs or mobility aids.
What makes Cerealsly Milky even more special is the owner, Issie. She is a phenomenal human — so kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what she does. You can feel the love in every detail of the shop and every scoop of ice cream.
Seriously can’t recommend this place enough!

Cerealsly Milky is our favorite ice cream shop in town! We love their innovative flavors, like the nitrogen ice cream and the fruity pebble milk shake, which are incredibly unique and delicious. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and making the whole experience enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere and wide variety of ice cream, milkshakes, and drinks (especially the waffle cone!), makes it a perfect spot for a sweet treat. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delicious and memorable ice cream experience!

Waited 10 minutes for the girl to serve 2 clients before us and then wanted to order a bobba she said they were out of it, then wanted an ice cream but the 2 flavors we wanted were also sold out…
We waisted the few time we had during a cruise stop in here..

the ice cream is so smooth and silky! easy walk from the cruise terminals. its a small little quaint shop with space to sit down, and all their ice cream is good.
i got the sherbert, which was refreshing, bright, and flavorful; my sister got the mocha almond fudge which was rich but not heavy
the scooper made a mistake by scooping a different flavor at first, but they quickly corrected themselves 🙂

We came in for the experience, the nitrogen was out, so you could only get ice cream from containers or a milkshake. I got a strawberry milkshake and it was made with strawberry flavored syrup, not real strawberries. For $10, not impressed at all.
Well, I found myself back the next day to give the benefit of doubt about real strawberries being used and just the syrup added, based on their original response. They indeed did have the nitrogen and was able to make the ice cream. It was delicious and didn’t have the artificial flavor like the night before, which could easily have been the syrup over powering the “organic strawberries”. I will say, it was much better (and cheaper) than yesterday. So maybe I hit them on an off day. However, as I went to update this review to give them credit due, I noted they updated their review telling me not to come back…. Wish I would have read this before buying from this establishment again.
And yes, that gray paint chip looking piece on the edge of my bowl was in my ice cream.

Hidden Jem in the mall in Juneau that I thought driving by was just a strip mall but it’s not. The staff were super friendly and informative about what exactly is a microcreamery. The ice cream is the definition of creamy and very unique flavors definitely a must have in Juneau.

Got in and wasn’t told there was any other flavor other than what was in the glass case at the front door. Scoops were so small and nothing like the pictures online. We had to ask what the toppings were-and based off the pictures I don’t think we were told everything. We ordered a double scoop and could see the bottom of the cup :/. Tried to support local.

Great ice cream shop in close proximity to cruise pier. Try the liquid nitrogen ice cream, fun to watch them make! Chose a base flavor and any of their many toppings/mix-ins.
