I am very disappointed to be leaving a two star review but it is necessary. I love this bakery and have mainly gotten the product from the school I teach in. This was the first time I ordered for myself and they are not very attentive to their customers.

This is what Century donuts call an eclair? Ever since centuries has exchange hands and had new owners there baking goods are not the same. I always get a stale hard doughnuts. Went at Easter time and got Easter bunny donuts eclairs and there was a squirt of filling in declares. You would think they would shoot some filling on the ears and face. As you can see in the picture that I just posted barley and filling. I got this doughnut today around 4pm there’s barley any filling in it and when I cut it was hard as a rock. You could hear the crunch when I cut it. I think they have lost a customer I keep giving them chances and coming back and I keep getting the same results. I was century bakery the best. So disappointed

Their fried donuts are amazing! If you’re from the area I’d recommend getting one of their frequent friers cards and just getting one or two donuts each visit since they’re expensive. If you’re not from the area and can afford the high cost, order a dozen fried donuts with whatever icing you’d like. These are probably the best donuts I’ve had from anywhere.

I’d give a 0 star if I could. My mom and I were looking forward to these cupcakes for today for our holiday party. My mother ordered WELL in advance. Everything was fine, on 12/23 my mom went to pick up our order, upon arrival she was informed the normal baker was not in but they completed the order, upon trying the cupcakes.. they were burnt. Incredibly unprofessional but fine we were willing to wait until the next day, we were informed that if the normal baker was in they would make the cupcakes. Great! Wrong, we spent an hour trying to call the bakery upon their opening to see if the baker was in and was informed they were but they wouldn’t be able to do ours (ordered WELL in advance), because they had other orders. This is after already speaking to someone the previous day and being told they could do it. Only after speaking to a manager and clarifying that we have a half hour drive to get to them, they agreed to fulfill our order and gave a 10:30 am pickup. My mom arrived only to be told “oh it’ll be another 2 hours”. Between the lack of communication (twice) and unprofessionalism I’m fuming. And then the employee had the nerve to say “Merry Christmas” after ruining/not completing our order. I don’t recommend if you actually want your order.
