In search of a new pizza place, and with the great reviews I knew I needed to give this place a try. The ambiance is that of a cozy, small Italian spot, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. They serve thin-crust pizza and have a selection of local beers on tap. We shared the Salsiccia—topped with Italian tomatoes, Italian sausage, fresh basil, and mozzarella—which was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the beer flight, allowing us to sample a variety of local brews. The service was superb—friendly, attentive, and efficient.

Amazing little pizza joint!! They do NOT take reservations so bring your appetite and patience. I would recommend trying one of their in house brewed beers with your pizza to complete the experience. Save some room for dessert and walk around back to their Storico cafe and order a cannoli. You’re welcome

If you’re going to visit this place, please make a reservation! Parking is difficult also. if not in the rear parking, then side streets and a local parking lot up the street.
Front of location is severely limited to space, and rear dining area is a very impersonal experience. In addition, the heaters on a such cold day didn’t work too well.
The front dining area had a wonderful feel, rustic, out if time, with an open air oven and food prep. The best experience was eating the delicious pizza. 3 of us required at least 2 to 3 pizzas, as the pizzas were small ti medium size. There’s beer wine and sodas , plus other good entrees . Veggie and meat lovers are available.
The only problem with this local is time management. People have no regard for waiting patrons. People just sat there; 1 to 2 hrs after they ate just chit chatting. And though the service people were trying to seat us, the location is only built to seat so many.
So please make a reservation and get there 45 min early to be seated… if not, come later in the night or visit a different location.
The best part, of course, was the food and the decor. For this, i give them a strong 3.

My wife and I came for lunch on a Friday just as they opened. We sat on the back patio.
First off, quite a deal on the 1/2 litre of house wine. A perfect amount for lunch. We both ordered pizzas and they just hit the spot.
So after the 1/2 L of wine, we ordered a dessert, which was probably not needed but just delicious. Ice cream, cherry, chocolate. What is not to like?
The vibe was very relaxed and we so enjoyed the food. For a lazy Frisay, just a perfect setting.

Daniela, the restaurant owner doesn’t believe me when I tell her this, however, it is true. We traveled the entire Amalfi Coast, including Naples, the birthplace of pizza, and had a minimum of five margherita pizzas, just to be able to compare apples to apples. We then arrived home to our beloved Centro, our weekly haunt where we had a Margherita pizza, and we were able to confirm it was the best pizza we have ever eaten. We normally order the salame pizza every week, however, we really wanted to sleuth where in the world the best pizza was made, and it turns out it is in old town Tustin.

Great pizza! Everything is fresh and flavorful. It is thin crust, so it does get soggy. But that’s to be expected.
The rusticci is a great “secret menu” item. Baked Cheese and bread (and your choice of meat) served with pizza sauce.

Delicious take on Italian pizza. The waiter was pleasant. The pizzas delicious. Bread with oil and vinegar $3. This was our second time here and always dog friendly outside. We had the Arugula limone salad with the margarita pizza and burrata pizza. Perfect little spot for a good dinner. Wish they wete open between the 2-5pm time

Great restaurant with super attentive staff. The appetizers, the caprese salad, and the pizza were amazing. We ordered the pizza with buffalo mozzarella. The quality and presentation of everything was excellent. The interior and exterior were great. The vibe was very warm and inviting. The only minor item was that the calculated tip on the receipt is based off of post-tax amounts which is common, but I still prefer the pre-tax calculation method.

Great little Italian spot in downtown Tustin. Really adds to the revival of the town. They have a brick oven for amazing pizzas, really fresh ingredients, their own brewery (I’d recommend the honey cream ale) and a cute Lil garden patio outback. Stands out as an authentic Italian restaurant with modern flare. Highly recommended.

Delicious hand-crafted high-quality authentic pizza! Came in here because I loved the sphagetteria next door (owned by the same people), and got the exact same high-quality experience at both places. The pizzas are very authentic, very high-quality ingredients, decent portion sizes, and fairly priced. The inner atmosphere is very tight and cozy, with plenty of decor to enjoy. The staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly. I will definitely be coming here a lot, and I recommend you try it if you haven’t already, as you won’t be disappointed.
