This was the best overall service I’ve ever experienced by far from any pizza restaurant!!!! The food, the service the atmosphere, and ambiance were second to none, our server Adrianna was great and handles all requests so well!! The Belgian manager even came greet us and was very attentive asking how our service was. This whole place is so well run from top to bottom. I’d recommend this to anyone and everyone!!!

I ordered over the phone for pick up. Aly took my order and answered all my questions and was so friendly! She quoted me 20 minutes and it was accurate. I ordered the Cesar salad with the smoked chicken. The salad was fresh and so tasty. The smoked chicken is the best I’ve had in a long time. I also ordered the eggplant dip and that was so light and flavorful! Leslie and Aly helped me at pick and both ladies were friendly (while also super busy). The new location is beautiful and I look forward to eating in next time. Big thanks for a delicious and easy take out dinner. So happy to have you in Broussard.

Comparing this Central Pizza to the downtown location is like comparing apples to oranges. The food is the same, but the experience is completely different. Downtown is a little more trendy and a bit louder, this location is way more family oriented and much bigger. A lot quieter as well. Every experience I’ve had at this location is phenomenal. The service is always on point, and the pizza is cooked to perfection. I tend to ask mine for a little more well done, but that’s personal preference.
I’m a big fan of the management here as well. I can’t wait to go back!

We waited well over an hour for a table, which we didn’t mind since we love Central Pizza downtown and assumed this location would be worth the wait. However, after being seated, it took another hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive. All of our pizzas came out burnt and extremely dry which was super disappointing. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but given the excessive wait times, quality of food – especially at that price point, this experience was beyond unsatisfactory.

I think you may have confused my table with another one. I did not order a Paulie pizza, nor did I receive a replacement for the burnt pizza. Additionally, I was only greeted by our server, no one else approached our table. I also forgot to mention that we never received napkins or utensils. My husband had to get up and find some so we could eat. I understand that this is a new location, and things might be a little rocky at the start. I just wanted to share my feedback.

My husband and I love Central and have gone to the downtown location forever. We live closer to this location, so we’ve gone about 3 times now since they’ve opened. The service and atmosphere are great, but the food is lacking in comparison to the original location.
My pizza crust has been nearly burnt every time we’ve been to this location. There was also so much sauce on the pizza that it would fold over when trying to pick it up and eat it. It just got very messy.
I know this is still a new location. I’m not trying to be picky, but just wanted to let management know that there needs to be some pizza consistency standards in the kitchen to match the quality of their OG spot. Hope this is helpful to someone!

I had the curly Sue pizza and the buffalo wings. Both really delicious and if you like pesto this is a little more on the mild side meaning not too heavy on the garlic, which I enjoyed. The wings, are fantastic as well, HUGE! My server Bridget was very professional, very timely and overall pleasant. Fantastic first time here.

If you like Central Pizza in downtown Lafayette, you’ll like this location with the caveat that it does seem to take longer to get your order than the downtown location. The servers are very friendly, and usually attentive (sometimes this location is BUSY busy, and I can tell the servers are trying their best to take care of all their tables). Now, onto the caveat of orders taking longer: if you’re in a rush to eat, maybe avoid coming here, at least for now since they recently opened. It does seem to me the staff is getting into the swing of things more and our visits to this location have been more consistent (which is why I am making this review now rather than when they just opened, because it was a bit of a hectic opening month).
I really do like the food, atmosphere, and service overall! And sitting outside (weather permitting) is also enjoyable.

Updated: we return on a less busy day. The service was fast for fresh pizza. We had the pizza with pepperoni, jalapeños, and a appropriate amount of honey. I dought it will be my regular pizza but it was good. I look forward to trying a different selection.
Original: Crowded and noisy. Server was nice but kitchen was overwhelmed. We ate an appetizer and chose not to order more. Eggplant dip was good and the pita was very good but not nearly enough bread for the dip. Next time we may actually get a pizza.

Food is made fresh, very good but not enough for the price. Our waitress was the 2nd bartender and paid more attention to the bar customers than us. She passed by us so many times without checking on us. Had to flag her down for the check. Its a place that seems popular for drinks. Good food, but not worth the time. We won’t be back.
