The ordering process is seamless: you simply use the central kiosk to place your order and then pick it up directly from the specific food concept counter.
I’m thrilled to see the full vision come to life. The mezzanine (2nd floor) is set to house Meadows Dessert Café, the 27 North frozen cocktail bar, and a curated lifestyle shop called Worth. I’m especially looking forward to the 3rd floor opening with the indoor Asian fusion of KOJO and the breezy, outdoor vibes of Bar Hana. With a total of nine food concepts and five bars (including a rooftop!) planned, this is exactly the energy the downtown scene needed!
After years of delays and millions invested, this space has finally come to life and it’s honestly mind-blowing. The building is gorgeous, with four floors filled with independent food concepts, bars, and gathering spaces. Every level feels different, and you can tell a lot of thought went into creating something special for St. Pete.
What I love most is the variety — so many local, independent vendors opened or soon to open all under one roof. It’s the kind of place where a group can come together and everyone finds something they’re excited to eat.
The scale of the project is impressive, but it still manages to feel very St. Petersburg: creative, local, and community-driven.
Definitely worth checking out if you’re exploring Central Ave or looking for a place to sample multiple local food concepts in one stop.
