The lady at the window was extremely rude and gave and attitude the whole time. I ordered the combos and wanted to say that I didn’t when I told her I was missing a drink. She proceeded to raise her voice and became even more snappy. She even gave me 3 straws, 3 burgers and 3 fries and when I told her never mind because she was clearly in a bad mood she slams the window. The customer service was absolutely horrible and I will never go back there again

There was an elderly lady wearing glasses who obviously was prepping our food that spoke very rudely bout need speak up when ordering bc another party with me requested no mayo after placing order. She rudely said had already had it made. BUT I REQUESTED NO MAYO WHEN PLACED MY ORDER, AND GOT DOWN ROAD IT HAD MAYO!!!! SO LADY ITS BEST TO MAKE YOUR REQUEST AFTER PLACE ORDER. JUST SAYING!!! I live in NC and visit Cleveland 2 x’s a year my children live there. Every time I’m in town I make this a must visit! Best burgers and fries in town with a decent price. I been going here since 1997, used to get the bacon cheeseburger. Age makes me leave off the bacon, best fries ever!!! I’ll see you in November.

Since the reviews are all positive im sure mine will be removed but I’m posting it. Got a grilled chicken combo and was not happy. Chicken was old and like leather you couldn’t chew it. It was also less than half the bun size like one tender instead of one regular piece. They no longer serve the good fries. They were skinny like McDonald’s but old too. I took it back and they weren’t very nice. Replaced the chicken but it was still barely half the bun. No apologies or anything they seemed put out even though I was nice about it because I work in food service. It was 8 bucks and I’m still hungry but broke and very very ticked off. Never again.
