Food was AMAZING! My husband said best steak he’s ever had. All the food was prepared as requested. Server was wonderful with our large party of 9. We were in the side room and felt a little forgotten sometimes when we needed refills or something after our meals came. Will definitely be back again!

The food was good. I was there around lunch. I got the steak sub. It was very good. I’d definitely like to come back for a dinner with my wife sometime. The menu looked to have some excellent options. I think it was a cash only business.

Small wait, non issue, we chatted. Food came cooked to our desired dones and proper temperature. Two New York Strips, and Ribeye. Baker was as described. Green salad was par. We will place this on our rotation list to revisit often.

Absolutely delicious meal. The New York strip steak was cooked wonderfully and had plenty of seasoning. The baked potato was tasty, and butter and sour cream were added options. The soup of the day was chicken and gnocchi, which was amazing. I finished my cup before my steak came out, and was able to take a bowl home with me. Service was wonderful. We seated ourselves and a server was out soon after. Server was very kind and friendly. Looking forward to eating here again!

After hearing such good things about The Central, the husband and I decided to go there for our anniversary dinner. We were only ones in dining room. Waitress was polite but seemed more focuses on cleaning up for the night. My delmonico steak was barely 1/2″ thick, I ordered medium rare. Red,warm center, it came out pink hot center. I asked if they used real butter for baked potatoes, waitress replied yes, baked potato came with 1/8 cup margarine on top, I was unable to eat it. Waitress never asked how everything was, just do you need anything, and then came back once with the bill. What a let down.

I had the rib eye and the wife had the open face roastbeef sandwich. The steak is probably the best I have had anywhere, and the wife really enjoyed her meal.
