This crew deserves a higher rating!!!!! I found these guys outside a brewery and the margarita pizza freaking SLAPPED! Exactly what I wanted and I got a side of garlic ranch that was easily the greatest ranch I’ve ever had! It’s a great size pizza for the price and the vibes were great. Hands down, these folks are awesome and need more love ❤️ Thank you for the good vibes and awesome pizza 🙂

Have had pizzas from this trolley probably five times in the last few years since they started rolling and have never been let down. Constantly impressed by the new options, but I always come back to the one with the chorizo and jalapeño – the Cowboy? – thing is amazing.
Service is quick and the young couple who runs the thing couldn’t be nicer.

Eat here 3 times at Cuesta first time was an okay but burnt slice from probably a 28″ pizza. 2nd time a giant dry bready pretzel that was basically bread. 3rd try ordered a slice again this time it appears they subbed a slice for half a freezer pizza that was half cooked and raw in the center.

They have excellent pizza. The Margherita is so good. It is different in that they top it with a balsamic glaze.
They also have a Thai pizza that reminds me of the Thai pizza that California Pizza Kitchen used to have. It has a spicy thai sauce, mozzarella cheese, green onions, and chicken.
They also Cannolis filled with a sweet mascarpone ricotta mixture with a topping of powdered sugar and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

Definitely taking advantage that they are the ONLY food source at cuesta some days… they used to be decent, and now barely have cheese or anything else, so basically selling bread with SOME cheese for 10$ a slice
