Everything we tried was beyond our expectations, we cannot wait to try more!
The atmosphere is unmatched especially compared to other Indian restaurants we’ve been too; the lighting is bright and welcoming. The space is beautiful, stylish yet cozy. We took our 15 month old and she was able to be herself in the environment With many issues of bumping into other tables. Perhaps one of the best parts of our visit was the service. The hostess and waitresses were very tentative and friendly, even going as far as giving us an appetizer to try. We will be recommending this place to everyone and we will definitely be back!
We think her name was Saam, she was amazing!
Service: Food came out in about 15–20 minutes.
Wait Time: We visited on a Saturday for lunch and didn’t have to wait at all—the place was fairly empty.
Food Quality: Overall, the food was just okay and didn’t really impress us. We were served a complimentary dish that tasted like a fried rice ball, which was fine. For starters, we tried Pani Puri and Dahi Puri. The pani puri water lacked flavor, but the dahi puri was tasty.
The Paneer Apricot Kebab was disappointing—the apricot didn’t pair well with the paneer, and the paneer itself was quite tough. The mint chutney was bland and lacked a proper mint flavor.
For mains, we ordered the Malabar Fish Curry, which was average and nothing memorable. The Garlic/Classical Naan was more like pita bread than naan. The Kolhapuri Sabji wasn’t authentic—it tasted more like a regular mixed vegetable curry.
Overall, the food felt bland and underwhelming, and we didn’t enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return.
Bang for Buck: Around $30 per person, which felt just okay considering the experience.
Location: Easy to find and conveniently located.
Came to celebrate my nephews 21st birthday. We sat in the back section of the train set up, near the lost and found items
Super neat set up, loved the music and customer service
Chef gave us these yummy appetizer on the house
Can’t remember the name of the little ball like treats
Super yummy
I’ve never had Indian food and was pleasantly surprised
Make sure to pull the horn
Also, how cool is that Indian Railways train?!
We can’t wait to bring our friends with us next time.

Central by Saffron Valley was a HIT! I was able to attend an event here and it was so great to be able to see the beautiful space that the Saffron Valley team turned this into. We got to enjoy both a New Experience and Wonderful food covered under one roof.
We tried samples off the menu and I loved each dish that they brought out. They had the strawberry lassi, Dahi Puri, fruit and nut Biryani, veg cutlets chicken tikka kebab, and the gulab jamun cheesecake. Everything tasted so good and fresh!
I can’t wait to see what new adventures this restaurant will have. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!
The food was amazing! Indian food is our favorite. Dosas are our favorite Southern Indian food. This place was magical! Everything we had was mouthwateringly savory and delicious. Definitely a WOW and we definitely will be coming back!
Make reservations! We went at 5pm and got in just fine, however by 6pm it was filling up very quickly.
