Food ok. Very busy, food slow to come out. The individual pizzas are tiny (8 inch diameter) for the price ($17). The smash burger was ok and the matchstick fries were good. Beer selection was odd. Only one beer available for this brewery. Had several guest beers on tap to.choose from. Perhaps it’s the time of year. Lots of seating, but mostly shared large tables. No table service, you order at the bar then your food is brought out to you. Pints of beer are $6.50 and were not poured to top. Left over an inch from rim.

What a great find, we totally didn’t expect to find a place like this in small town Kansas.
The burgers were awesome and the Cracked Pepper ale was excellent.

Burgers were ok, nothing spectacular. Fries were very good.
I think they need to be a little more clear on the service/signage/expecations. You aren’t greeted when you come in, and we were a little unsure if we were supposed to seat yourselves (you are). You have to go up and order at the bar. There is a sign saying this when you come in but it could be easy to miss. None of these things are a problem, it just needs to be more clearly stated. We observed a large group come in, look kind of lost, finally got the attention of a staff member and asked if they were supposed to seat themselves. She said yes and offered no other explanation, so the group sat for a few minutes and then got up and left. I don’t think they realized they wouldn’t be waited on and probably thought they were being ignored.

Neat restaurant/local brewery, with good food at fair prices!
We had chicken fried steak, sirloin, and a jalepeno popper bacon sandwich. All were tasty and nice sized portions. Service was great, and pretty quick.
They have a good selection of their own beer as well as some other local beers, in addition to mixed drinks. The beer was good, comparable to a brewery you’d find in a big city but at small town prices.
The atmosphere was nice, a unique local spin. The building itself is a bit nondescript but serves the purpose fine. Enter from the main street door and find the bar in the back.
Overall, would recommend a stop off interstate if you’re passing by – well worth your time!

Thin crust was on point. The actual toppings and flavor were not. Way too many pickled jalapeño slices from a jar thrown on to make it a “jalapeno popper pizza” I have never seen anyone make it this way. Never having that pizza again

Edit: Love the new location in Colby! Center Pivot has a great new downtown set up that is convenient to I-70 travelers. I stopped for dinner on my way back to Colorado for a quick burger and beer just after the new location opened. They had mostly guest taps, but I expect that to change one they get the brewing up and running.
They have a good selection of burgers and pizza. Was there on a Friday evening and the place was packed!
Great brewery in Quinter KS! Friendly service, great beers, and delicious burgers. We stumbled upon this place on our way from the Missouri Ozarks back to Colorado. Great dinner stop on a long drive. We’ll be back!

Nice restaurant especially for a town this small. Good food. Good value. It was not crowded when we arrived around 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. I suspect it can get busy. Our server Nina was very nice and she went out of her way to make sure our needs were met.

Loved the food, loved the service. Quinter is such a small place that they have to go all out for you. They made me a great bacon cheeseburger and I would’ve had a beer from their brewery but I was driving that day. The owner came over a few times to make sure everything was good.
