Horrible service. Called them multiple times on same issue and they could not resolve. Many hours spent on these calls. They refused to send a technician out and told me to further troubleshoot the issue myself on their website. Switched to Spectrum, they had a person out within an hour to install. Now on top of it all Frontier is charging me a month of service and $50 restocking fee for cancelling. They will not waive fee or prorate service. I wish I could deduct the expense of my time wasted trying to resolve the issue from their final bill. When I called to cancel is when they finally offered to send someone out. Too late for that.

I’ve been a Frontier internet customer for the past few years and I’m very satisfied with the service I’m getting. The speeds are fast and reliable and I’m able to download large files quickly. I’ve also had great customer service experiences whenever I’ve contacted them. They have been very helpful in resolving any issues I’ve had.

New customer, new home, trying to get permanent cable installed. It has been a nightmare. For a communication company you stink. Why have a phone number you dont ever answer. How you stay in business I don’t know Will be looking into another option.
