I went right before the Daytona 500, everyone was super friendly, food came out pretty quick but where my problem lies is withen the cost of the food.
I baught 1 large pepperoni pizza, 12 mild wings, an order of cheese sticks while enjoying 2 quick beers. With a 10$ tip I spent $90.
A large pizza should cost $15/$20, wings are typicly $1 a piece at the worst, 6 cheese stick shouldn’t be more the $5. So maybe $37 plus my 2 beers not, sure how the come up with their prices, their food is good but not over double the cost of any other pizza place good. I like this restaurant but why wouldn’t I just get a $5 hot and ready pizza its nit much worse but for the value it makes the most since. Will only go there for a beer and appetizer for now on
The pizza pockets looked good but every piece of pepperoni had casing still on it so any bite I took I then had to pick through and remove the casing as it was tough and inedible; reminded me of trying to eat rubber bands. In addition; the Buffalo Pizza was meh and the chicken on it was the worst quality chicken I’ve had. I’m usually not one to complain but decided to say something today and the manager didn’t care and did not even offer an apology.
Very disappointed and will not be going back.
Ordered online for pick up to take home.
$35 for shrimp poboy, tots, & Nola rolls. No drinks.
Most pitiful shrimp poboy I’ve seen in my life. Exactly 6 little shrimp for a sandwich that size…basically every other bite had no shrimp. So I paid double for half. So shameful, first time, I’ll never go back or recommend. Tots were so salty we could not eat them. I knew it wasn’t just me & they were poisonous when my 4th grader wouldn’t touch them.
Nola rolls had no texture, tasted like undercooked dough with a little boudin seasoning. Also too salty. Bleh, barf, severely overpriced disgusting food. I would not eat that crap for free. At least I could finish my shrimp flavored bread sandwich.
Cajun style pizza was disappointing though, I barely saw 3-5 slices of andouille sausage. Can do better on pizza and pasta. Service was fast and quick.
Now, the pizza was amazing! I ate the entire thing by myself but I didn’t care for the tater tots or the fries. It tasted like they cooked them in truffle oil or something. I ordered the fries after trying the tots because I thought they’d be better. Nope, they tasted just like the tots. Either it was truffle oil or old grease, either way it was not good.
Second time I came here, ordered Honey BBQ boneless Wings and tatertots for about the same price. Would definitely recommend the tots. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Great texture!
The ambience is great! Has a very casual, sporty vibe with a bar, arcade machines, and TVs.
I had a great waitress named Alona who was attentive. She even went to get me a sample of seasonings when I was curious about the flavor.
Definitely will stop by again in the future to grab a slice of pizza!
