I absolutely love the environment inside this cocktail bar/restaurant. I love the low lighting and small comfortable atmosphere. Yes, the drinks are expensive, but you know that prior to ordering. The bartenders seem to take pride in what they are making and that’s great to see. The portions of wine can be small for the price, but it is what it is. The food was excellent and the bartender/waiter was very kind and professional, but at the same time welcoming.

Went here and sat at the bar for pre-dinner drinks before eating at a restaurant nearby. I had two cocktails and my husband had a cocktail and an amaro flight. Cocktails were top notch, both unique and well balanced. Amaro flight was fun and the bartender provided excellent help in choosing options. I will definitely be back. I think this will be a great option to bring out of town friends.

Excellent Italian drinks and such helpful, friendly service. Beautiful dog-friendly patio with cozy bar seating on the interior. As an Italian-American myself I was very impressed with authenticity of the menu. The hosts quickly went a got a doggy water dish for my pup. 6/5 stars for service.

Great Bar and food in Cleveland’s Little Italy. The atmosphere is cozy with a retro feel which creates a great space to relax and talk with friends or a significant other. The service is friendly and efficient, well mixed drinks, many with an italian flair. For us the highlight was the pizza. My wife is from Connecticut so she was “spoiled” by New Haven pizza (Pepe’s is the favorite) and since living here in Ohio she/we have never found a place that came close. Well Cent’Anni’s pizza is the closest we have found and it is the best pizza we have had in Ohio (and I grew up in Ohio). Thin crispy crust baked perfectly with quality toppings. We live in Columbus (and enjoy Columbus style pizza) and will be going back to Cent’Anni with our kids (who have had New Haven pizza) so they can experience the pizza and a fun place. If you haven’t guessed by now, I highly recommend Cent’Anni.

We love Cent’Anni! Not only is it our favorite spot for a cocktail in Little Italy, but it was also the perfect place to celebrate our engagement. Our party was nothing short of perfect, and we owe so much of that to the amazing team that made everything so easy. From the start, Tanner and his team were an absolute dream to work with—accommodating and genuine. His attention to detail helped bring our vision to life, planning felt effortless, and the night itself ran seamlessly. They truly went above and beyond for us.
On top of that, we couldn’t have asked for better service. Tanner and Sammy’s cocktail knowledge is unmatched—they crafted the most incredible, intentionally creative drinks that not only tasted amazing but also incorporated elements of our cultures in such a thoughtful way. It was such a special touch that made the night even more personal, and our guests are still talking about how unique and delicious each cocktail was! Sammy, our bartender for the night, set the tone with the warmest, most inviting energy, making sure we and our guests felt completely taken care of. We stopped in for a cocktail before our anniversary dinner. Shai, our bartender, did an amazing job. Friendly, funny and a “good singer”! We love this cozy little spot and always stop by when we are in town! Stop in and enjoy this gem!

It’s been awhile but Tpappy and I finally had the opportunity to visit Cent’Anni and we agree it was worth the trip. It’s a small craft cocktail bar and is first come first served. We started with standing room only but ended up at the bar. We had two cocktails each and split a charcuterie board. The small plates are delicious and the service is outstanding. It felt like all the guests are sharing the same experience enjoying the atmosphere and hanging out with one another. We had a really nice time. If you get the chance to go take the time you won’t regret it.

I really like their drinks, but there’s not a lot of variety of drinks for people who prefer vodka drinks. However, giving a one star rating because we left a 3.72 tip and they added a 30.72 tip. We called about 10 times and they never answered. Very frustrating because the service was subpar and they hardly checked in on us. Not warranting a $30+ tip. Not to mention they assumed the woman had the wine and the man had the gin cocktail instead of handing us our correct drinks. Will not be coming back.

Saw a sign while walking down the street and decided I’d drop in to beat the heat. Can never go wrong with a place tucked away in the back! Great vibe, chill spot, awesome drinks. Bartender was phenomenal. He takes a lot of pride in his work, is knowledgeable about his drinks, and is very easy on the eyes 😉
