I came here for the first time since they changed the name from the old place. The menu is basically the same. I was told they have better quality ingredients now. The prices are still really affordable. I thought the chicken fajitas were pretty good. The meat was seasoned and juicy. It was also very tender.
They remodeled the place since they changed names. It’s pretty neat inside. Cool bar area.
The server was friendly, but he stopped coming around at the end of the transaction when I was ready to pay and leave.
They also have free ice cream.

Visiting the town thought I’d give this place a try. It didn’t disappoint. States with chips and choice of two salsas, both were so flavorful I had to stop myself. Ordered the seafood bowl. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. Ate the whole thing. I was really impressed with the flavors. Will definitely recommend and stop by next visit.

Based on reviews, decided to give it a try. I ordered to go and went inside to pick it up. Service and atmosphere seemed to be good. Three tacos comes with a side of rice and beans. Mediocre at best. I’ve had better at other Tex Mex restaurants in the area. Didn’t particularly care for the beef on the tacos; taste and texture reminded me of a manwich from childhood. Definitely not taco seasoning.

Clean restaurant with great portions. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Service is great. They really focus on cleanliness, I observed a waiter cleaning under booth seats using a flashlight. If servers were more attentive, they would have got all five stars on that portion. Go ahead and give them a try, you won’t regret it. The value for money is great.

My favorite would have to be the fajita combo bowl fully loaded. It’s my go to.

Love this restaurant!! Food is really delicious and so hearty. We over ordered! The Pollo Salinas and the El Tex Mex plates were full to the rim. The rice isn’t your typical orange rice, it’s white, but seasoned deliciously. Our waiter, Carlos, was absolutely helpful and patient with my requests. The whole staff was attentive and didn’t interrupt us every 10 minutes. (Sorry, I get annoyed at over and above service while I’m dining and trying to have a conversation.) The ambience is delightful and not too noisy. They have a bar sectioned off and really good gold margaritas. Handicap parking to the side but close. No automatic doors, but the hostess station is right in front and can see if anyone needs assistance opening the door. And, aisles are wide enough for a wheelchair. Lastly, it’s very affordable. We will be back!

I really enjoy how delightful this place is from the friendly servers to the wonderful food and above it all great pricing we all know how much things are costing and this is one of the more affordable restaurants I have found.
We probably go here at least two times a week at this point.

We had an amazing dining experience at Cenas in Tomball! The food was delicious, and the ambiance was lovely. We ordered the Plato Guzman and Plato Vaquero, both of which were fantastic.
The beef fajita taco al carbon was a standout – the beef was tender and full of flavor. And the black beans were top-notch! The service was great, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.
Overall, we’d highly recommend Cenas to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful Mexican cuisine. We’ll definitely be back!
