This was a new place for me. Don’t hesitate. Please pass go and collect your pizza!!! You can’t go wrong with the antipasto salad, garlic bread or ranch fries, either. We got half sizes and it’s more than enough for 2 people to share. Homemade ranch is delicious! Service was great and atmosphere relaxing. I’d drive 3 hours again to come back…Just forgive my photos. We were hungry and forgot to take photos sooner. Did not at all disappoint!

Had a surprise birthday party for our Dad’s 80th. The banquet ladies were wonderful when booking. Cake was wonderfully decorated! Food was excellent. Our server for the party was Gabby and she was absolutely excellent! She was great at taking care of everyone and she did it all so I was able to enjoy the party as well. The night was perfect.

4 stars is the average from the two times we had Cemeno’s pizza. First time we ever had Cemeno’s was on Tavern Pizza Day Oct 22 & we dined in, experiencing absolute 5 STAR pizza heaven (& cheese pizza is still my favorite food as a 54 yr old)!!! We couldn’t believe in the 25 yrs of living in Plainfield that we’d never tried Cemeno’s. Beyond description pizza perfection; immediately to the top 3 faves list of all time!! And our server was delightful! I have been craving/ looking forward to more since then. After waiting over 3 long weeks, we ordered a large cheese pizza yesterday, drove the 20 minutes & picked up. I snuck a square out on drive home. It was not the same which I know must sound really strange to say, but it just wasn’t. It was ok, not phenomenal like the first time? It tasted like an important step was skipped? This was the 3 star pizza.

Our first time going to Cemenos! Great food and fast, friendly service! Stephanie made sure we had a great experience!! The thin tavern style pizza was delicious and even the picky person in our group approved and said the sauce was sweet and perfect! We will definitely be coming back!!

We made last minute reservations for a rehearsal dinner for 25 people. They graciously accommodated us. The food was excellent. Our waitress was amazing. So pleasant and patient! I called the next day to order 12 pizzas for delivery to our wedding venue for the late night wedding snack. Again so accommodating! The pizza was delivered right on time nice and hot! Great place and great people. Thanks Cemenos. You helped make our event perfect!

We stopped in here twice already just for a few drinks and a few appetizers the last 2 weeks on Sundays. Wanted to say a quick shout out and thank you to Amanda, our waitress and bartender. She’s awesome!!!!
I had a few cold beers and my wife had some wine some wine. Then we ordered the fried zucchini sticks and the bruschetta. Both are completely amazing and very tasty. I highly recommend!!! I know this restaurant has been around for 40 years so I’m dying to try more! Looking forward to the pizza next!!!

This reminds me of a cool Chicago joint. Friendly people. My server was Krystal and she was good people. I had the what we call it in the city a Supreme pizza. For the kids 2 personal pepperoni pizzas. This place is huge! Big private area for functions and a bar area with tables and an kinda atrium area. I will be going there without the kids to have beers and wings lol

If you like a sweet sauce, then Cemeno’s is for you (I love their sauce). VERY similar to Aurelio’s. Depending on the day cemenos is better or Aurelio’s is better. Typical pizzeria with a decent tap selection. When my family is craving good pizza, this is at the top of the list for thin crust. Just an FYI, if we are craving we always do dine in. Delivery just ruins the crust,cheese, and experience from any pizza joint.
