Celtic Corner offers something for everyone. Open from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM on Mon-Thurs. 11:00 AM to 03:00 AM on Fri-Sat. 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Sundays. We provide a local friendly Irish place that offers good beer, a nice wine selection and craft cocktails along with reasonably priced food. As well as the printed menu, we have some interesting daily specials. You can expect the best burger around, terrific wings and of course, plenty of Irish staple dishes. We’ve built a terrific outdoor seated area that has portable heating, TV for entertainment and music. Check us out!

Literally located on the corner of Lafayette Avenue is a local Irish pub with a variety of lunch and dinner options.
In addition to having a full size bar and main dining area, the walls are adorned with very attractive wall art.
Thai Chili Wings:
The wings have a perfect blend of sweet and spice. As always, the blue cheese dipping sauce is the backbone to this appetizer.
Bavarian Pretzel:
In lieu of being shaped into a knot, the bavarian pretzel looks like a hot dog. I may not agree with the appearance, but I 100% agree with the taste. The pretzels are war and crispy on the outside while soft and doughy on the inside. And don’t be shy with those helpings of pretzel salt!
Steak and Arugula Sandwich:
This tender, superb sandwich was cooked medium rare and served with sauteed onions & mushrooms on ciabatta bread.
Classic BLT:
Served on Texas toast, this sandwich has an addition of mayonnaise and avocado to supplement the three primary ingredients.
Crab Cake Sandwich:
For an Irish pub, this was an excellent seafood sandwich. The crab cake was breaded with panko crumbs and had a variety of toppings. The chipotle aioli sauce was the backbone to this boneless meal.
As a bonus, this pub hosts special events throughout the week from Trivia Night to live bands.
This pub serves excellent meals and it goes to show you don’t need alcoholic drinks or cocktails for a great dining experience!

A Saturday treasure hunting trip ending with lunch at the Celtic Corner in Hawthorne, NJ. We ordered a Bowl of Chili and Old Bay Butter Chicken Wings for our appetizers.The chili had great flavor with a medium spice, tomatoes, red beans, plenty of meat with chopped redonions and chees on top. The wings were crispy flavorful with a mild heat from the Old Bay. The crispy chicken sandwich with added bacon was enjoyable and the secret sauce was had great flavor – but that’s a secret! The black bean burger was well balanced with a crisp crust to the burger, avocado, pickled red onion green and a chipotle aioli which gave it some heat. Good for small or large groups or families. The staff was excellent and welcoming. We would definitely go back.

Was looking to try this place for quite some time. After shopping at local antique shop we stopped by. My husband ordered wings for an app and buffalo flatbread both were good. He ordered a Christmas cocktail. Watered down tasted like mint and water. I am Irish /German and missing my grandparents corned beef. Irish restaurant so I ordered a Reuben. After three bites I told the server to take it. Something wasn’t right with the meat. Both s m ell and taste not right. She offered to bring me a new sandwich. No thanks. Was charged 17 dollars for a sandwich I took 3 bites out of because it was a bit off. Watered down cocktail. Too bad. Love Irish food

We were actually on our way up to Shannon Rose when I thought I should check out other Irish Pubs/Restaurants and landed on Celtic Corner. Google maps show the large location, so we knew it wouldn’t be a dive bar.
I’m so glad we came and got to taste the food here.
French Onion Soup was delicious! It’s so good and flavorful. When I got my bowl, I thought they forgot the cheese, which wouldn’t be an issue for me because I can’t have cheese. I usually peel it off and give it to hubby, lol. He was sad there wasn’t much cheese. But as I dug down, I saw more cheese, it seemed the bread flipped over, and all the cheese was underneath. LOL. Like they say, don’t judge a book by its cover 😉
We got the 6 piece Wings with the Hot Garlic Honey sauce. Tasty wings, just need more hot lol. It’s so sticky! We both had to wash our hands after hehehe
Guinness Beef Stew was so good! I wish I could eat beef, I would devour this! I took a piece of the carrots, and it was amazing!
Bangers and Mash was ok, nothing like the Beef Stew. Sadly, I took a bite of the Beef Stew 1st, so the Bangers and Mash was kind of bland compared.
Victoria was an awesome waitress. Very attentive and on point!

The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is great. I went here and tried the “Typical Dub Burger”, which was big but delicious. If you’re in the mood for a burger like this, I’d recommend coming on an empty stomach. Finally, the chocolate chip cake was spot on. The raspberry sauce garish tastes incredible, especially when you dip the cake in it. Overall a definite 10/10

This is a hidden gem in Hawthorne! The interior is so clean and well maintained. My friend and I sat at the bar and the bartender Juan was very attentive and made us fantastic drinks (we got a margarita and a sangria). Also, the Christmas decorations were very cute and put me in the holiday spirit immediately!
