I love their fresh squeezed juices, and their delicious salsas. I love how they give you a grilled jalapeno with your meal also! Everything is obviously made with sooo much flavor and love! Fresh hot & tasty. Best Mexican food truck

My husband loves their birria tacos, but I think the carne asada tacos are the best in all of Huntsville and quite possibly the state.
Everything tastes fresh and is seasoned well. I do wish they had Saturday hours, but the tacos taste just as phenomenal on a Wednesday as they would a Saturday. It’s well worth the visit!

I’ve ate at every Mexican food truck/taco bus I know of in HSV. Celia’s is my new favorite! I’ve been 5 times now and every time is the same…AWESOME. Yes, I still like some of the others that are around, however Celia’s is my new go-to for Mexican food. Celia, taking orders at the window is especially great! If you’re wanting Mexican food, I can’t recommend this spot enough! The pastor, birrria, tripe and lengua(beef tongue) are all insanely good. This spot is perfect for friends or even a family to get together and enjoy great food.

They have without question the best tacos in North Alabama. The birria tacos are heavenly and the best I’ve ever had.

The mulitas are fantastic as well. They also have great prices on everything. It’s not up charged like everything else in Huntsville right now.
I come here every payday, and 12$ is more food than I can eat in one sitting.

I came here because of a food truck that used to be here but…. OMG. I am so glad I tried this food truck! We ordered the milanesa plate, tripita taco and a torta cubana. I lived in Mexico City so the size of the torta reminded me much of the massive sized ones there. The milanesa (breaded chicken) was SO crispy and flavorful. It reminded me of my childhood. The tripita (tripe) was perfectly made, crispy and delicious. The corn tortillas were delicious and reminded me of home. I will be going back real soon.

Celia’s food is literally some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever tried, and I used to live in California!!!! Be sure to try her daily specials, you won’t be able to find those kinds of dishes at any restaurant around. The mole is to die for. Not to mention, Celia is a well known sweetheart!! Must try!!!

I just moved to Huntsville, Alabama from Houston, Texas, where I spent most of my life and one of my biggest fears was not being able to find good Mexican food. Celias Removed that fear this is some of the best Mexican I’ve ever had and really reminds me of Home. I go here at LEAST once a week.
